I would like to deal with your points one at the time !
Court case SMP withheld payment $650,000, our case has merit ,as advised by international counsel in London, Paris and the Congo we are trying to recover costs of $3.1 million well worth the effort , it is likely this will be sorted out at mediation !
There are two suitable rigs, both in the Congo with drilling slots available this year ,the company is evaluating comparable offers from these company’s before deciding which one ,and will inform the market when its ready!
They have said oil flowed from the Djeno , they would not have got £5 million financing ,if these company’s were not convinced it did !
There will be no placing !
This is a wildcat shoestring operation ,on success the rewards will be massive ,not for the faint hearted !
What ever it takes this well will be drilled !
While I appreciate this investment is probably not for you ,I do find it interesting that we have read the same reports ,and have come up with to different conclusions ! All the best with your investments!

To me this is a no brainier, 75% chance of success ,the people who are afraid of losing there money should not be investing in oil and gas exploration company’s !
They do not have the nerve for it , posts office investment for you !

There is an art to investing no one ever gets it completely right but a company could have one hundred dusters then the next one could be a gusher !i would argue that the past history of a company dose not matter it is the here and now that counts ,I do agree with you Red Deer will come in first ,but it will not be a duster ,then Heron will come in next that also will not be a duster ,that’s why I am invested here , I bought GKP at 13p and sold at £3 and I got that GKP feeling now !

If Asher announces finance in place this share will double in minutes !

The company is keeping us very well informed ,I would not be surprised if we got a RNS next week with a progress report hinting at oil shows ect

I do not think there will be a placing ,at least until after the drill the company said it would drill before year end which is four months away!

I also will not be selling my share ,at least until after the first to wells have been drilled ,it makes no sense to me to come this far with everything to play for then walk away ,the upside is tremendous if both wells come in , those who sit on there hands for the next two weeks , will be glad they did !

Guys there are lots of people sitting on the fence, but if they wait to long ,and someone says Oil Shows they will have to pay a lot more to get in !

I have taken a look at core medium to long term I think they will do alright but no fireworks ,there are better opportunities out there ,but best of luck with your investment .

Payment will be made after the half year results ,this date has not been set yet ,but last year it was on the 10 th September half year results were announced

Yes but I would like to make it clear that whilst I do take risk I do spend a great deal of time doing all kinds of research before investing after all know body likes to lose money I have been investing for over 40 years .This is one of the best chances to make money I have Seen for sometime .I think those who decide to sit on the sidelines will be kicking themselves in less than thirty days time ! If we strike oil I expect us to be worth approximately 20 p then we would normally fall in price as we might have to raise money to develop heron ect this time I think not because of the prospects of the other drills and because we have a ready market for our oil I think we will be of great interest to Petro China and a great deal of international oil company’s I can honestly see this going into the pounds by year end
