Asperger1, unfortunately I don't have the expertise to comment on gap closures but can confirm that Sharesmagazine which I use for historic prices shows Monday May 17's low as 40.13p.

Same pattern for last few days - slight rise after open then slow drop all day before rising but closing lower than the previous low. Each 'high' lower than that of the previous day and each low lower. If it continues today, can't see it staying above 40p (yesterday's low) but always hopeful the bottom has been reached!! We really need some TA experts back on this board.
Well personally I'll be relieved if it reaches £15, happy if it gets to £15.50 and ecstatic if it approaches £16. Anything higher and I'll need sedating!
Thought I did well to add at 13.24 only to watch the SP fall to 13.19 seconds later and looks to be falling further - the story of my investing life!!
It's been a long time since we've seen today's resistance levels -1st @ 149, 2nd @ 158 and 3rd @ 176! Not long ago they dipped around 95-105 as my frustration and alcohol consumption soared. Probably need to add my substantially increased drinks bill to my losses though. Still exciting times and everything crossed.

It's a difficult one. Have the MM's got enough shares or will it fall further still below 117.45 and, if so, where is the bottom likely to be this time? I thought I did quite well topping up at 119.78 yesterday having watched patiently (not my strongest point) for a while but the SP inevitably fell further. The tea leaves failed again! Still managed to reduce my average to 1.46, a way to go but slow and steady progress. Back to practising patience again.
LGEN pays 2 dividends a year - an interim (ex div Aug/paid Sept) and a final (ex div Apr/paid May or Jun). For the last 2 years the Interim Div has been 4.93p and the Final Div 12.64p i.e. yearly total of 17.57p per share but note this is variable and declared each year with results.
Your dividend yield depends entirely on your buy in price and the number of shares you purchase of course. So if you bought say 3600 at 276.00p (roughly under £10k) your div would be 3600 x 17.57p = £632.52. (Apologies if too detailed and teaching Granny to suck eggs - not intended!)

Likewise - no plans to sell. Was fortunate to top up @ £1.403, so have a reduced average of £2.001 and a healthy profit. Can't see any advantage in selling up, as I have tried and failed to identify another high quality company with a suitably low entry share price and equivalent div yield. Even if the SP falls below £3, I am getting an 8.8% return on my investment so am a happy bunny.
