Nitro they will not remove the 10%. Government sre making loads of money from it and most people are haply as they think its going to stop BP and Shell from making record profits rather than just passing the cost to them.
lukedavis. On the history of the SP and what it usually does on earnings. Then you look at resent months of the pump and dump. Add in that HBR usually follows whichever oil stock is doing the worst eg today SQZ and yesterday when SQZ was up we followed Tullow which was down.
i recon we will hit new yearly lows before earnings and then earnings we will gain 10% at the start will drop to about 4% at the end of the day and then back down towards 300 by the end of march. Unless anyone has info i dont know about
Im hoping it does well on earnings and the sp rallys for a week and i can sell out. will still probably sell out for a 20% loss then but as you say its going to be around 300p mark for a few years regardless of profits or fundamentals
im not saying that others aren't rising and falling with gas and oil prices but HBR never rose when oil went from $20. HBR at its current price is the same as when oil was $20 enq, bp, shell, snq ect are all up from that point
Thats been the problem with HBR
10p down in 2 days we could easily be sub 300p again before friday. Buybacks again doing absolutely nothing. Can anyone see any reason for this to rise before earning in March or is it going to keep dropping again
