Adam Davidson, CEO of Trident Royalties, discusses offtake milestones and catalysts to boost FY24. Watch the video here.
I'm not alone in thinking this, but would be interested in thoughts from others.
Could Paul flip the plan? As it stands it was, get CNG up-and-running and sell the rest for a bigger partner to develop G2P and/or G2EU.
Although the bigger players have bigger resources to call on, they don't have loads of people like Paul and Lonny to call on. Paul did say in an interview once before that maybe they could act as consultants to a bigger partner? So what if they sell the CNG business, if that is developed first and G2P and G2EU is more of a JV in approach with a major/consortium?
A Petshop Boys song springs to mind.
Whatever happens, as this develops the options for monetisation increase too and I'm not convinced Paul wants to fully retire, even after all he's been through?

Side column on this page John.
Keith, if you get any contact from the Leicester police, suggest to them they speak to the City of Londo police and FCA about the pattern of trading in PRD shares on the afternoon of the 10th of July (and possibly the week leading up to it).
Have any of the brokers concerned submitted any STRs and if not why not? Who was placing the large sell trades (they can be identified through broker accounts and IP adddresses? Are these people connected and who are they connected to? Very possible there's more information that Lonny could give them too? ATB PT.
Keith mentioned " The drilling took about half the time originally anticipated, so I would guess they have saved a shedload of money, which can be spent on an expanded testing programme. Just my guess."
Could it also be enough money to complete MOU2 and test all 4 wells?

Gg2020 - Crikey, all I did was answer the question that you actually asked. Are we funded for testing? You've now confirmed, as I suspected, that the question was irrelevant and are now disagreeing with me about the answer to a different question, which is will there be another raise soon, (before testing)? I'm not going to say I know the answer to that. As I've already said, it's the lack of information and certainty that has caused the fall. No surprise when the market is driven by instant gratification monkeys aka PIs 🙂
They didn't hide it on the 27th June. A reminder of a key paragraph from that RNS for those concerned about "discoveries" capitals are mine.
"It has increased our inventory of potential gas reservoirs for a CNG development with the DISCOVERY of very shallow over-pressured gas."
Bring on the testing!
Lets break this down, my thoughts between **'s.
Do we even have the budget to start testing without another fundraise? **Yes we are funded for testing, based on previously RNSed information.** If not we’ll need the cpr and prospectus, then we can do yet another capital raise. Don’t see testing happening soon if that is the case. **Please refer to my first answer, but TBH it wasn't really a question, was it and you assumed you already know the answer** Not sure why PG only raised such a small amount when we were flying a couple of weeks back, surely raise more and you don’t get these issues we are about to find ourselves in. **The mechanics of the last raise were driven by the amount of share Paul could lend, again all in the public domain** Ie sp will possibly drift as investors await another fund raise?? **The issues we find ourselves in? You again are assuming we need to raise money to test. Testing is happening in the coming weeks. If there are perceived issues coming out of yesterday's RNS, it is what the RNS didn't say. And before you suggest we need to look at funding another drill, look at page 5 of the last presentation (have you looked?). An appraisal well follow-up to MOU4 is down for Q4 2024, hiding in plain sight! Things will be very different by then!**
Constructive questions welcome, but questions from people who clearly haven't bothered to check any information before asking, and already assume an answer, aren't really questions and will draw some shots!
Blimey did someone read my post...? 😂

Err, what test was that then? We can now see where the negative spin is eminating from...
3 wells to test before you can for sure say another drill is needed.
Capitals are mine:
"Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc (LSE: PRD), the Jersey based Oil and Gas Company with near-term gas operations focussed on Morocco, is PLEASED to announce the successful completion of drilling and logging operations for the MOU-4 well."
We've already developed and spec'ed a commercial model for CNG production. ApPRD are ahead of the game here and for Chariot the game is changing...
Could that be the vacanted Conocco licence?
Jimmy,
In relation to Trinidad, we may well, IMO, not need money for the 1st installment on T-Rex. The RNS fro 20/12/2022 has the following paragraph. I think this has been put in place to enable (again IMO) Massy Gas, to invest in our projects.
"Engagement Letter with Optiva Securities Limited (“Optiva”)
An Engagement Letter with Optiva has been executed by the Company regarding any potential M & A transaction with, or an investment by parties directly into, Predator Oil & Gas Trinidad Limited (“POGT”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, to gain specific exposure to CO2 EOR activities. Any such external investment specifically into POGT would allow this project to progress simultaneously with Predator’s other projects, while not diluting the value of those other projects."
I don't think Paul would have paid for this to be done, if there wasn't already an interested party?
Exactly, his knob is bigger than yours so wind it in 😂
Watch the 125K trades.
Re-assuring that we have a very good relationship with Star Valley. HE1 having a nightmare with their drilling contractor. We are fortunate not to be competiting with others for the rig we use! Plus Paul and Lonny know how to network 🤝
I've been unable to sell for 5 years! I asked my Broker and he said it was conviction 😎
No idea why LSE moderated the first bit of P_akis_tan? Almost smacks of wokeness wanting to rename a country?
