Stuart, the key is Pulsiv's own custom chip which holds all of the important IP that then goes into a microcontroller.

They are using a Tier 1 semi-conductor company for this, but importantly, are not tied to that one partner and they are not adopting the licensing model such as that which the likes of ARM went for.

The manufacturers will, as you say use the designs (free to download) in order to meet their own specific requirements, but again, it Pulsiv's unique chip that is key to the whole thing.

Good to see another decent contract win. Not massive in monetary terms, but further demonstrates the positive momentum and ability to deliver. 2024 should shape up to be a very positive year with the US acquisition set to play an important role.

Caught up with management yesterday and very impressed with the story.

Particularly interested to hear that they had teamed up with Cambridge Consultants in order to develop a solution to the DRM market and which was launched in September.

I'll be putting a write up together on the back of the catch up and will post in due course for interest.

Further notable progress from the Cambridge company, this time a joint development and commercial supply agreement with Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI), a global semiconductor leader.

Last year Net cash stood at £0.9m as of 30 September 2022 which reflected working capital absorption during the period. That subsequently reversed as was expected, where by the end of October 2022 Net Cash had increased to £1.5m.

The current trend (working capital) is no different, save for being higher than last years corresponding period.

Forecasts for the full year end is for net cash of £5m, which if coming in looks a very comfortable position, particularly in relation to the current market cap.

I note Investec maintains a £6.72p target and sticks with a total div of 15.6p which isn't a bad yield.

PE of 13 based on normalised EPS looks decent value given the growth prospects, yield and net cash forecast to be £55m.

I'll try and get a write up sorted in the next few days, but suffice to say all seems positive despite near term headwinds.

Importantly, Insurance side is gathering momentum and should play an increasing role going forward.

Pleased to hear that the forecast div (full year total) is on track and will mark an increase on last year.

Acquisitions still very much part of the growth story, although they remain highly selective.

Shoreline bolt-on has gone very well as expected.

Beg to differ on the £25m figure you mention, £21.7m looks right according to the broker forecast.

It'll be interesting to hear on the level of confidence in achieving that when I catch up with them later today.

Just flagging that I'll be speaking with management on results day, so happy to ask anything of interest that others may wish me to put on the list.

Been a holder for sometime from circa 19p but it has been frustratingly slow despite upgrades.
