Appiamma Yes but they did say that the rig would need modifications done to it for this drill TE9. Only going on what was said.

I think why it is taking so long is that they said the rig needed modifications. What they didn’t say that the modifications would be done once the rig arrived on our TE9 location. There you go i have solved the puzzle.
