More positive news for EP145. Stanley is being optimised month by month and production numbers will be very good in June. I would guess that the legal case is linked to the sale. Using terminology like, ‘pre-requisite’ indicates they have a potential buyer on the hook. The share price is suppressed at these levels given all the work in the pipeline - more buying opportunities for those who are tracking the progress…

I would expect a production flow update for Cinnabar (5 day) after the re-completion and the installation of pump jacks - that’s the operational method they are following. The development of Stanley is a success and only benefits the portfolio and strategy. Win win, lots of news to follow…

The quarterly production numbers are going to be +19000 boepd, this invested in the re-completion of Cinnabar will generate the Helium play - an inception point for this minnow…

Another good update from Mosman. This adds more value to the sale of Stanley, the Stanley sale is just over the horizon, some will struggle to get back in at these prices.

The sale of Stanley is close and will test the market cap. They have plenty of cash to further develop Cinnebar which has substantial reserves to optimise. Helium is progressing nicely which is supported from cash generation; all looks good!

Well done Mosman and GRV, this scalable and progressive. This is a huge achievement and the opportunity here is clear.

Green vale Energy have just released a corporate presentation, Mosman feature heavily in their future developments. With the stamp duty paid on the deal and Green vale tied to the West Walker project for success, Mosman look set to rise. RNS is imminent!

From the presentation it is clear that once EP145 is approved (all parties are committed to the deal) the asset increases 6 fold in value and Mosman get a free ride on potential revenue. This is win win. As for Stanley there is no assets in Texas producing over 40 BOEPD currently for sale. They have an asset that is in demand, more value for Mosman. There will be a correction on EP145 approval, not long to wait!

I have been trying to value the sale price for the Stanley assets, I have the EBITDA(350K for 2022), the Barrels of Oil Equivalent per day is 100 (approx), however I can’t find the Proven + Probable reserves report for Stanley. Does anybody have a link to this report?

The strategy has been clearly defined. Stanley is shaped for sale with buyers in the wings and the cash from the sale used to develop the Cinnabar lease. Once Stanley 3 has been completed the sale will quickly follow, potentially announced in the quarterly update. What priced for the producing assets at Stanley? Definitely above the current market of the company, so what value for Cinnabar, EP145 and EP155…?

The results have a very positive tone for the future. They need to get Cinnabar 1 flowing and sustainable as a priority. The new board members need to back up their words and invest in the company, this is a pre-requisite if the masses are to follow.

Maybe a trading halt as the two new board members are in search of cash generating opportunités for Emperor Energy. Mosman is ripe for picking!

The Australian development portfolio is under control and progressing nicely. The focus now is on driving forward with production in the US. There is cash in the bank and an opportunity to grow revenues. The next quarter will be interesting and I would expect some investment from the new board if they truly believe in the company and its potential.

The new board has disposed of assets with no upside and now generate an investment of £4M. Not a bad start. US assets are turning a profit and AUS are now a step closer to producing a ROI.

The shaping is almost there, you don’t really want to be out of this at the moment. More news to follow and quickly.
