"Still no mention of an IMC.I suspect the QRF visit was the 'IMC' from JM's point of view."
Ever since we've had the facility available, there's been an IMC for an Open Offer. Why should this critical point be any different ? We're on the permacusp.
Stop embarrassing yourself in public.
Anyone shorting this at the moment is like an athletic streaker at a football match, they can jump and dive but WILL get caught with their pants down eventually.
The big picture is looking good and there's only a couple more pieces of the jigsaw to fit but they've been sucked up the legal hoover and the dust bag is being emptied to retrieve them.
Nothing wrong with Trading, it keeps fluidity in the markets.
But clearly trying to influence sentiment on public chat boards to benefit their own personal position (whether it's succesful or not) is just plain slimy in my opinion.
Snuppet: "New shareholder...with princely investment of €200. It can only do better than me €8000 in SEE (Seeing Machines) which has halved in price!"
Welcome to the gravity rollercoaster Snuppet!
Ah SEE, yes, I remember them, never invested but I remember Briansmith1000000 ramping the hell out of them on here, along with AFC and QFI in the Maersk days of course, all of whom have performed miserably since.
Wonder where he is now?
Don't hold your breath, its only a consultation and an election is looming.

Of little relevance to us anyway!
To add, always read the taglines at the bottom of each presentation timeline slide...
** Forward-looking statements outline Quadrise intentions rather than contractual agreements at this time.
Since when has "concluding ts&cs" meant signing contracts? As we know with MSC, the ts&cs were no doubt concluded months ago, you then get into the legals.
HF14, the trader's friend!
The mood?
I'd say 'confidently relaxed'
"Nice to put back of heads to fellow shareholders."
A familiar collection of craniums from many AGMs!
A group of people walk into a building and StockMcCheque expects an SP rise!
My God, he'll ramp anything!
Yesterday, a team of Retail ShareHolders from the forum attended QRF at the company's invitation. The team comprised many professionals skilled in disciplines connected with oil industry, project management, chemical and engineering industries, all whom have invested in to the MSAR story. No price sensitive information was sought or provided obviously but it was enlightening to observe the demonstrations and exemplary work of the QED chemical and engineering teams present. Report to follow in due course which should be available to all.
The nearest item we saw to a 'furnace' was the Kettle!
Should be a good episode of Quadenders this week!
"Get outta my virtual office !!"
Yup, and "The plan was to get Tripartite signatures in December" (23??)
SC on the FOMO farm again!

Debunks Methanol (and Hydrogen) on cost basis at a stroke.
Blimey, I see StoppedCheque has been on here (and probably AFC) ALL day, I wonder what he does for a living?? And what substances he needs he needs to keep going.
Pizza boxes piling up in the boiler room?
What is ammonia? It’s one nitrogen atom and three hydrogen atoms. The hydrogen is what burns and provides the energy. The nitrogen doesn’t burn but when there’s a bunch of energy and oxygen around, for example when hydrogen is burning in the same place, nitrogen likes to bond with oxygen in nitrous oxides.
That’s a concern as nitrous oxides aren’t benign at all. When two nitrogen atoms combine with one oxygen atom we get what we commonly call laughing gas. The problem with that is that it’s 273 times more potent than carbon dioxide as a greenhouse gas and it lasts a long time in the atmosphere. A little does a lot of harm. When one nitrogen atom combines with two oxygen atoms we get the kind of nitrous oxide that causes smog, harming the lungs of those who breathe it.
Spme reality...
Anyone with any doubts need to watch the short bit of the AGM presentation from this point. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fSwH4RRPzms&t=3401s The body language is interesting too.
'The Plan' was to (Obviously) get the agreements signed in December (and hopefully Valkor Money) with it's subsequent hoped rise in SP. Clearly that didn't happen. It HAS to be soon surely??
AM (or MF to some) describes where we are now no doubt as a 'Sticky Situation' and a 'Tight Spot'
Watch for yourselves and decide
Semaphorered: "This is why the secret forum is so dangerous, people run away with themselves and their theories without the truly free exchange of information you get here."
And there's never any deception on here of course,

It's a tripartite rollover!
Wilswag: "We’re waiting on a tripartite fuel supply agreement for a shipping trial. Nothing more."
Which makes me wonder is it more? For just a trial, surely the agreements can have more natural get out clauses than a fox at a hen party.
Hopefully the legal agreements cover the follow on clauses for post LONO developments?
"We all wrongly expected the announcement to be at COP" ..No we certainly did not!! You went out of your way SC trying to FOMO convince everybody that it would be !!
