I believe the bad news has been priced in , by mm lowering the s/p , however the directors are directly responsible for the fall , and the fall has been a classic one, as, all on on the aim market and has hall marks of company about to collapse, I have been in this game over 20 years and I hope I am wrong , because the ordinary shareholder is the only one who looses out , while the big players are already given the chance to get out , This board no one can trust as all the people here are either paid rampers or derampers and they are all employed by the company to manipulate the prices . The company is not keeping to the time line , the open offer , disaster, headin towards 3p and under , poor man on the streets who has invested his blood in this share , sadly is the one who looses , while the directors and their friends make mony . Why does the the ordinary man invests in a company liker these or even in market like the AIM . Well this why no company on AIM is making any many for the shareholder on the or has finished by directors like these , promising then leave for the ordinary man to pick up the pieces of dirt . Shame on the directors

I did say yesterday all news has no effect on the s/p , I have almost always been right and yet people resort to swear words , shame on them or they cannot accept the reality and the state of this company , with default of payment , will drive the s/p further down

to recover back to 0.6 otherwise all good news are priced in or it has no effect on s/p hence will leave a holding in for this period , there is a chance that it go in administration without further funding or business loans to keep it float

realize you have mentioned the time scale, also what are the risks if they found it difficult to tackle
