The resignation was quick, & with immediate affect, so one must speculate it was sudden. Importantly no compensation package to dent the finances. People do move on when there is senior management change & may be Bob Holt's style didn't appeal to him. I've just started following Bob Holt on Twitter, he's a very charitable guy from what I can see, clearly driven & focussed. He turned Mears around big style. He will turn confident into actual.

I reckon Bob Holt will pounce- he's clearing the decking to then incorporate TLY with Mears care business. Very neat way of expanding the Client base, afterall would the NHS get into 250 listed PLC Mears or £1.2 million AIM tiddler? Just my thoughts with no advice intended, pure observation.

Attracting Bob Holt is a major appointment that will significantly help TLY. Mear's group have a subsidiary group called Care UK who's activities will cry out for Totally's services. I think if they get this rolled out positively and a few more Health Authorities sign up or renew, then Totally will be snapped up by Mear's. Lot of pressure on TLY to deliver now.
