Venting our anger and fustration is our right, questions need answering. It is the duty of the company and CEO to answer Shareholders concerns. Rufus may have dodged the question in the past but there will always be a point where we the shareholders/owners of the company want transparency and honesty not to misled or repeated the same lines!

This one question that should put towards the bod, and o don't believe it is aggressive in anyway.

Dilution is not the main concern. One can understand funds being raised for good purpose not at 30% discount to share price! All this and BOD stating edl is stong position!

To attend, I hope we get a good gathering as this time the BOD's will need to provide answers to our concerns.
