Roger. Yes I’ve had the odd trade be reported the opposite of what it was. Annoying eh? Which makes you wonder if ANY of the transactions are reported correctly.
I too contacted Keith to ask why it’s taking so long. He replied as expected; they can’t comment on any potential transaction nor the timescale involved. I was hoping he’d say, “don’t tell anyone but we’re accepting an offer of £5.55 per share”…..

I can’t remember if this has been asked before, or answered. Regarding our proposal in writing: is this not a binding offer? I’m assuming it isn’t as shouldn’t we have been informed?
