The farm-out process at Project Peregrine has progressed to the final phase and is subject only to finalisation of standard documentation as the preferred bidder has now been selected. Strong interest was shown in the opportunity and the bids received were competitive. Execution of the final documents is expected in the next few weeks, at which point more detail on the transaction will be made public. However, the Company advises that there is no guarantee that the parties will agree final terms and conclude the transaction. A further announcement will be made in due course on the outcome of the ongoing discussions, which are currently confidential in nature.

Say it all really. From the European commission, in reference to the 500 billion green budget, that EMH will likely be funded to construct by, If not CEZ, or by one of the majors in the European battery or automobile industry.

Cinovec is the Biggest Litium mine in Europe and the Fourth biggest in the world, and were still sub 40mil Mcap as we approach the close of 2020, knowing EMH won't be effected by any of the current covid related issues.

I still belieb we will rest above 10p 35milmcap. 9b++ of gas + 2 other assets, with 300-500m ongoing funding negotiations. I'm not selling a share until atleast 100 milmcap in the relative short term.

Drill results will catch everyone out. Bargain prices for a Derisked monster like EMH.
