LLOY has a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP')

I watched the SP of NWG spike up recently just before & on their Divi payment date back in April and the consensus was that their dividends being reinvested had given a nice boost to the SP.

Their SP has since continued to rise.

Trend is your friend.

With mineralisation evident within 4 stacked hydrothermal zones across 1000m+ and open at depth the prospects are looking exceptional.

It appears the first drill hole by Anglo 1000m deep intersected 4 stacked zones & remains open at depth.

Massive drill program about to get underway with continuous exploration work for the next 6 months spending millions (all free carried by Anglo)

The last two junior exploration comps on the london market that accessed this massive level of cash for this type of large scale drill program were SOLG back in 2016 when they raised $40m and as drilling got underway their SP flew up from 1p to 40p.. and then when GGP entered into their JV which free carried GGP on a equally massive drill program to prove up Havieron and that went from sub 1p to 37p.

If we have the makings of a Tier 1 size discovery here the share price here will do a SOLG/GGP style sharp move north as all the data gets released to market & Anglo are about to drill continuously for 6 months so plenty to go at.

I think once it gets going it will rise quickly and catch a few dithering on the sidelines out.

Might not even be news driven moves initially as we've seen with HEX over the past week (up 100% before a drill has even turned. Show what can happen once a bit of momentum gathers).

With the directors of ARCM all having bought heavily recently... I'm guessing they are confident :-))

My average is 1p and I was hoping for a pull back to grab some more, but doesn't look like i'll get it now. I was gutted I didn't grab some at 0.6p when you originally posted about it, but I never imagined they would get the support that they have from purebond.

I did ask the question about purebond if anyone knew much about them?

ARCM have 2 Main projects

One in Zambia (ZCP) where they have a JV with Anglo who have committed to an earn in spend of $85m to look at proving up a Tier 1 copper deposit.

$85m is a shed load of drilling in terms of metres drilled.

The last two junior exploration comps on the london market that accessed that level of cash were SOLG back in 2016 when they raised $40m and as drilling got underway their SP flew up from 1p to 40p.. and then when GGP entered into a JV with Newcrest after Newmont walked away they free carried GGP on a equally massive drill program to prove up Havieron and that went from sub 1p to 37p.

ARCM also have a further copper project in the Kalihari Copper belt (KCB)

They believe both projects to have Tier 1 potential

The exploration program for both are just about to get underway for this year now that the rains have stopped.

Anglo in particular have said they will now be drilling non stop for the next 6months.

There should therefore be plenty of drill results to come in over the coming 6 months so I will be running my positions for the duration of this at least.

Both jurisdictions are good and their licence areas are ringed by Majors who have existing mine operations.

I wouldn't be surprised if an take over offer either for the company or at the project level were to materialise at some stage If early results are good.

Anglo are there looking for deposits into the billions of tons.

Sounds like results from the IP survey are due and the drilling at the KCB will then comence.

The scout drilling confirmed that our licence already revealed a 5km strike of copper that sits directly between our neighbours copper bearing zones that have just been bought for circa $2billion by the Chinese group MMG

I have a fair few larger cap shares that have had decent runs lately ANTO, RR. LLOY. NWG, FRES

Then some ETF, commodity and bond funds that I trade in and out of, but no one else seems to be bothered about, so I rarely mention and no one posts on their bb's.... even when they go up 100%!!!

Yet there could be some micro caps with lots of posters where info is shared daily ... i suppose fhats what these sites are for.

If that's signalling cash starting to pour back into the undervalued london small cap space then the next 12-18 months is looking good in the growth markets.
