Even if TL can indicate a timeline to receiving several million from asset realisation that will remove all requirements to raise for a long time and provide the cash for resource expansion the SP would likely leap aggressively.

All depends on your investment time horizon

Short term:

SP Angel have put out a short term note detailing their expectations for an 138% uplift on today’s share price as soon as the 100m cash funding lands into the JV bank account and the 17.75m lands in our corporate bank account.

Longer term:

They have done no price sensitivity analysis for all of our gold projects nor attributed any value for the prospect of substantial increase to the 500,000 oz Gold JORC Resource.

We will have circa 20m cash at the corporate level that we can not only develop these Gold projects and we will also be able ro make further acquisitions, maybe add a copper project or two.

In terms of the JV. We will also have a further 35m in cash which has been earmarked for the lithium resource drilling expansion.

If that goes well, then forget the present DFS numbers, this could be significantly bigger as BA always suspected.

Difficult to look out that far, but shouldn't be too long until the next RNS and a decent leg up from here.

Even those who critised Bernie in the past must be looking at this and thinking WOW!

I suspect there a 100's of other AIM explorer CEO's who are looking in enviously at the fact we are fully funded into production of our lithium via a Globally significant mining partnership and on top of that now have an absolute war chest of cash to fully exploit our gold licences and are on route to becoming a mid tier player.

As the much maligned BA over as KOD has proven today, after years of bucket shop 'means to an end' funding deals and neccesary evil placings to move through the feesability stages and mining licensing applications. Eventually after getting the right 'in country' personal on board to provide the green light in what some perceived as a difficult territory and a bb flooded with naysayers, the money men have finally come to the table to stump up all the cash to fund their mine development IN FULL and thrown in some extra cash ontop to take some shares via a premium placing.

Proof if anyone feeling fatigued by this whole process that these things do happen when you least expect it.

No leaks over at KOD prior to today's announcement, if anything, folk were starting to adjust timelines and then 7am RNS lands and its full steam ahead.

TK will get across the line.

JQ will also get funded and don't underestimate the power of the Arabian based sovereign wealth funds who are looking to secure prime assets across the Arabian-Nubian Shield.

No,.we haven't sold the gold, bougouni west has been sold, this was the unexplored land package which potentially hosts additional lithium, but would have taken a lot of work and cash to prove up from a standing start, so to sell this for 2m cash was a Good deal imo.

That 2m goes into the Corporate pot alongside the 17.5million extra cash raised.

Can't see the need for another placing ever again now.

Fully funded to take the lithium project into production which will generating positive cash flow.

Plus.+ millions now in the bank to develop a string of gold mines.

Our JORC Gold resource of over 500,000 oz is not even factored into the SP here as the focus to date has always been on getting the lithuim deal done first.

What may have passed many casual observers by is that BA has shrewdly negotiated an additional 2million upfront cash to do the technical work to expand this into what we always suspected was a multi- Million+ oz open pitiable resource which we can now go onto proven and would be worth the market cap alone.

Who else remembers this particularly unsavoury character from the 0.04 to 0.08p days who spammed this BB with utter drivel like this Terry guy.

I remember when this shot up to about 0.20 and he had a complete meltdown :-))

Probably rocking in a padded cell somewhere nowadays.. lol
