It's obvious that the price of physical Silver is finally de coupling from the paper comex price.

If you are a Silver Miner who are you going to sell too?

Comex?

Or a consumer willing to pay premiums neccesary to take delivery of the physical stuff.

Silver is effectively being re-monitised in countries like India and China where it is now acceptable security for a loan.

Banks are now lending against silver as the global currency debasement continues.

Even at the end of last week the Shanghai exchange was paying 15% premium more than the comex

Industrial users will be paying even more.

New normal for higher prices for silver.

Couple of crazy moves over the weekend, looks like the People bank of China first moves the price of a 1oz Panda to $129 and then hiked the price again to $179 DOLLARS for a 1 Oz Panda.

Looks like the US mint has followed suit and hiked the Silver eagle to $173

Crazy re pricing, as you say but premium to the closing spot price on Friday.

It appears that the re-pricing of the only 'sound money' has begun.

All FIAT currencies eventually fail and the only way to restore faith is to re peg back to Gold and Silver and revalue the PM's northwards as they have had to do multiple times in history. Including in fhe USA when they virtually doubled the price of gold overnight.

To re peg the Dollar. Gold needs to be Re valued to around $43,000 per oz to match the US debt pile.

It's been obvious to me for some time that it should be the leading miners of 'sound money' that should be valued in the multi Trillions not just the tech giants, many of whom rely on Silver for their products to function.

FRES has been around mining Silver for over 500 years.

It's survived everything and is about to rise again.

With 2.25 Billion Oz of Silver it'll still be mining the stuff hundreds of years from now when most of the tech schizzle presently on fhe markets has ceased to exist..

Even at $70 average silver price that still equates to a MASSIVE 15 x times increase in gross margins for this business!

A 5 x Times increase in gross margins iwould be HUGE.

It's going to be interesting to see what they decide to do with all fhe additional cash generation

For most of 2024 when Silver was averaging c. $28 FRES was making around $3 per oz produced.

2025 has seen Silver rip from $30 to finish the year around $70

With a margin moving from $3 per Oz produced to $45+ per oz produced at the end of 2025 that's a massive rise of around 1500% in gross margin..(by year end) obviously rising rapidly through Q4 25.

With Silver rising even further in 2026 the gross margin vs 2024 will be getting on for a near 2200% rise (based on an average of $90 across 2026)

2026 really is shaping up to be a year of exponential growth with Silver at these levels.

FRES is turning into a huge cash cow, generating High ongoing free cash flow.

With the Probe Gold acquisition adding a further 10Mil oz of Gold and multiple additional exploration properties in Canada it's looking like 2026 will be a transformational year for the business with cash generation fire power for FRES to target further Tier 1 projects

None of this is anywhere near yet built into the SP.

Another failure by the shorters to bring Silver down below the $80 region by the close of week.

Most of the commentators saying that if Silver finished nearer to $90 than $80 or below that would be a very bullish indicator.

Silver closed the week just over $90!

The SLV ETF is going to have to purchase more Physical next week for immediate delivery.

OMI now holds the largest packages of licenses in the region and the reason Newmont got involved was that it was their belief that the whole of ANZA has the potential to prove up 10-15million oz over time.

Regardless of what is made of more drilling being needed to move APTA to a JORC compliant resource, the guys in the data room (log sheds) will already have a good idea that it's multi million Oz potential. The institutional cash that's come in wouldn't have happened if the existing drill data wasn't pointing to that.. Pepas has just been an incredible story that's accelerated far quicker than any of us could have imagined a few years ago. But the cash is now there to progress at pace now.

How many more PEPAS and APTA size resources are just waiting to be discovered right across ANZA?

We know that the gold extends right through into our neighbours (Royal Road Minerals) adjacent licence and they've had some amazing intercepts also.

The gold doesn't just stop at the borders of the various licenses and Brad's already discussed his belief that the source of our neighbours discovery likely sits firmly within our licence packages.

So plenty to go out to keep adding further Gold ounces over time.

Well the attempt to push it down last night didn't work.

So all those $80 call options will need to be covered by PHYSICAL silver purchases next week as they can't be covered by paper.

Meaning they are going to have to request MORE PHYSICAL settlement next week from the already shrinking western vaults.

Should see a nice move up through next week..

The reason why the share count is showing incorrect on AYM?

Back in Sept '25 the company released a RNS proposing a 20-1 share consolidation.

Guess LSE may have an AI tool that picks this stuff up from RNS to adjist their shares in issue, however, the company never followed up with its plans, as they secured an asset sale to re capitalise their balance sheet.

Li Spod prices have been on a bit of a rip recently so KOD is playing catch up to some of the other lithium plays that had already made some dramatic moves.

..... after a long long long wait.... it must surely finally be time to spend some of that cash on the Gold license and get that asset proven up and developed
