In general have no issue with traders trying to work a entry

Their game is very clear and it happens across all the bb's

Only really see this level of time and effort ahead of news landing

I think most know by now what is what on here

I just take it as an excellent sign.

If looking to peg a deal 'precisely 'to buritica sale which went through for $1.3billion with reserves released to market

25%.of that value would be $325,000,000 or
£269,422,506 at present exchange rate

From our present market cap that would be a 20 x bagger.

Keep in mind....

In conclusion.....

I would not be surprised in the slightest if the Majors made an early move to gain 100% control of ANZA.

Therefore the very real risk of being locked out on the sidelines in the event of the take over clause being triggered (at any stage) is not one worth taking and in summary I believe therefore that the present market cap represents an incredible opportunity to achieve signifiicsnt outsized gains from the present entry.

The point often overlooked here and why imo it would be insane to be on the sides lines (at anytime) is that there is a buyout clause here that can be Triggered by Agnico/Newmont

The first anyone here will know that they have decided to trigger the buy-out clause will be when that little red dot lands and the SP moves instantly to that figure in a millisecond.

Even petroneft gapped up c.200% on just the prospect of a take out RNS on Friday, no figures even given.

Brad stated he doesn't see this JVA running the full length before the option gets triggered.

Makes perfect sense as the more the Majors drill (at their expense, not ours).
The more the value of ANZA increases and they'll already have their own resources models in their data centre guiding that should a APTA or PEPAS type deposit keep being repeated across a number of the other target areas they are going to dealing with a genuine 10-20-30 Million oz land package.

Even the lowest of ultra-low ball offers of 150m representing just 1/10th of the value of Buritica would be an instant 10 x bagger for anyone wise enough to have some of OMI tucked away safely.

Early Havieron days when GGP released their MM survey as below..

· New 3D gravity and magnetic models indicate that there is potential for mineralisation at Havieron to extend from approximately 400m below surface to depths in excess of 1,200 metres below surface;

· Modelling of gravity data outlines a large irregular shaped body, some 300m across, from approximately 400m below surface (top of basement) to 1,200m below surface with an overall subvertical attitude;

· Modelling of magnetic data defines a single, discrete, high amplitude elliptical shaped body that is steeply dipping (subvertical) toward the south east with a depth extent from around 800m below surface to approximately 1,400m below surface, but the body may continue beyond 1,400m as this is the current limit of data resolution;

· A comparison of 3D gravity and magnetic models shows an approximate 500m vertical and 200m lateral offset between the causative bodies, which may be important for targeting if Havieron displays affinities with an iron-oxide-copper-gold ("IOCG") system.

Let's see what our MT survey over Red Setter looks like once the modelling is completed.

One of the following drill holes will result in a mine resource

> 3g/t over 100m

> 100g/t over 0.5m

I'll give you a clue,.its not the higher grade hole.

Grade is nothing without tonnage.

If you are building a block model of what size of resource is below the ground you don't want the equivalent of drilling through a single small nuggety vein even if it is high grade if it only exists in a 1m x.1m x.1m zone as your not getting many grams out even if high grade.

What you want to see is large intersections

A broad zone of 150m x 150m x 1000m @ 3g/t is going to enable you to model in multi million oz Gold deposit.

What can complicate matters is often when you get different zones due to the rock formation especially if they have been folded or like at Havieron there is a higher zone and a lower zone separated by a thick non-mineralised section of about 100m thickness.

Takes balls to keep the drill going through all of that to get underneath it and then hit a new zone previously un explored.

Especially more difficult to interpret in the patersons region as there is 100m of permian cover from ground level that you need to drill through to get to the top sections.

It's complex geology but the region is gradually becoming more better understood.

Care to explain to those who actually know what they are talking about what is remotely funny about that?

First pass of drilling has already proven that Red Setter hosts a Gold/Copper System right across strike length.

> inital Gold Grades (Au) up to 6.4g/t and Copper (Cu) over 2.27%

With only a handful of drill holes sunk so far the next phase is the define the ore body rather than just scratching the edges

You only need to adjust the drill rig angle of attack at ground level by say 20-25% in one direction or the other and by the time the drill bit is 300-400m below ground you could be missing by 150m out and left scratching your head as to the orientation of the ore body.

Another Goldie that I'm hit a world class intersection of over 100m at 3g/t

Then from THE EXACT SAME drill pad they sunk another 300m drill and came up with absolutely nothing!!! All because the drill angle was perpendicular to the sheer zone.

WSBN are right to be undertaking the MT survey to define the drill targets as it should reveal the optimal endowed zones and then we'll be in business.

Enjoyed the pre placing ramp which was put out across the press and TV about a new discovery zone and ramping up production, even the BBC was ramping it!! Lol.

Always worth keeping an eye on the UK based resource companies. When they get some national media coverage they are generally good for a trade.

Position size is rarely discussed on here as its such an individual thing alongside, short, medium and longer term holdings and how comfortable one is to just put the amount they are comfortable in and let it play out.

It is indeed all speculation as to what the JVA will detail when it's released to the market.

BG confirmed there are some amendments including some kind of option at the end of Phase 2 start of Phase 3 which they were still in the process of agreeing and to which BG was looking to ensure our interests are properly protected.

This may very well be a buyout trigger clause that is subject to certain measures being met.

Not sure what this could look like?

What I do know is that the Chinese were happy to pay 1.3 BILLION for the neighbouring Buritica deposit and we could well be sat on something similar or potentially even larger.

What figure would they put in any option agreement and when will this be made public is anyones guess?

The next planned drill spend alone by our Major partners is 20m and we'll have circa 5m in cash held.

Feels undervalued at 15m market cap with no value presently ascribed to a potential Tier 1 assets.

What I do know, is that once all the full details are out there we'll no longer be down here at a silly 15m market cap

Reality is they don't really have the luxury to speculate on Elephant.

If they are not tied info any holding period it would make sense to liquidate these and strengthen the Company's balance sheet with the additional cash.

With the recent £600k fundraise + £400k R&D grant monies due over the coming weeks anything that bumps up the cash held to back over £1m+ should keep the wolf from the door whilst waiting to dispose the turkey royalty.

Should that royalty generate another £1.5m cash, let switch up plans and go drilling again.

Set aside £800k for another drill program alongside the proposed groudwork and soil smapling as that work can be expressed through the labs to define the next targets., get on the phone to CAPD, book them in, book the labs,.and let get going.

We could sit here waiting for the iamgold situation to move forward and whilst there could be an update on that shortly, Once back at his desk. TL should have his finger above the sell button on Elephant oil and then get to work on the next drill program in Cameroon as soon as that R&D money lands

That's then the green light that the JVA is in the process or being finalised and the commencement of the next $20m large scale drilling program.
