Several messages hint that people were in 'the know' about what was going to be announced. Surely this isn't legal and if its true then we have all been taken for fools over the last 3 years of investment. Is this how AIM works?

Reading The Times financial pages about Endeavour Mining (gold) and I looked at its history going back to mid noughties 55p, now £16.50. Could this dream become a reality for HE1? Ahhhhhh! Wouldn't that be Luvverly! 😊

What are these 'unknown' deals of 2million and 4 million? Are they buys or sells. How does this work?

There are some HUGE buys going through at the high price for today. What do they know that we dont! Ha ha! 😊

So if and when we HE1 is taken over we as shareholders won't have a say in the deal because they are not UK based? They could offer us cash and not shares. Sorry to sound a little dumb but need to get my head around it.

So all this hype about the meeting being cancelled was unfounded. They've just changed the time to 12.00 midday instead of 6pm when the footie will be on. Aaaaaannnnddd Relax!

You have to be a subscriber to access the link. Im not. I just am an old fashioned newspaper reader. Anyone is entitled to an opinion and there are plenty on this feed without any concrete evidence. I'm not a ramper or de ramper. I am a very small investor who has about 3k invested. However, when you read something like this Surely if Ian wanted to recoup his investment he wouldn't actively set out to deramp the price!

First, though, HE1 has to find the stuff in commercially viable quantities. Sad to say, they seemed to have failed so far and the issuance of new shares this month caused the price to collapse, (closed quote). I don't think Ian Cowie would take too kindly to your lack of faith in his column. We shall just have to wait and see.

Could the reason for all the silence is that the amount of Helium found isnt commercially viable. I read in a paper today that this could be the case.

Maybe just maybe Lorna is holding back on the results to keep the share price low for as long as possible so all the big wigs can continue to profit from 'shorting' . Having been a long term holder I can see the pattern. Share price plummets with no news. She gives a 'nugget'. Share price rises. She then leaves it for a few weeks; share price drops. I think she's holding out for the big one later in the year when she will then sell the company to a much bigger concern for a massive profit and then disappear into the sunset with us deciding whether to join her or not!

You're absolute right! What more is there to tell! Whatever happened to patience? Before email and the internet the only way we would have heard anything was via a letter or newspaper. Would you have expected every week a letter telling you the self same thing they told you a week before. People would complain it was a waste of company funds to constantly 'blanket mail' all the shareholders! Until there is NEW NEWS, there is no point in any form of announcement.

How come the big deals are allowed to delay their publishing?

Vagabond. Good point. Its a gamble after all so we all have to take it on the chin. Will see how it goes today. Then will have a punt tomorrow. I suspect a dip at the end of the day.
