Good luck tomorrow I voted no but not sure I would now the kicking the market has had If I lose me money it means cf out of a job and he will be a leper in the job market small consolation though, but I only brought in low so it is not much compared to some buggered if no and less buggered if yes I have lost track.
Tommorow I am getting all me kids together and telling them how much I have lost and looking forward to the looks on their greedy little faces because its really their money.Ha Ha Ha
I just hope this lot is making people use their phone a lot more and rate go minus, anyway I have put some change in me pocket and off up the high street to see if a plus 70 can sell himself I have still got a good head of hair so you never know.Carrying a load of 50ps just in case.O the shame
Fed is going to drop rates and 10 year is 1.29% but we are flooded with cheap money already. The best is told the missus I was pulling out of stocks last Friday when I was on a roll because the virus but again greed and pure bloody laziness stopped me so I deserve me lot.but am still putting the kitchen sink in at these prices and the best is I am in defensive stocks but like they say a panic pays no attention to any investment strategy
Plus 100 quid at the bookies, the bearded swine
Any way the dows stayed under a 1000 must be grateful till trump sticks his bloody oar in again and who knows monday? anybody lend a tenner to a poor blind leper is the poor house open nowadays?
I hope you a right and me wrong, but I am sure the vote will be yes with all who have sold but then again 75% is a big number so I may well be wrong again I hope I am.Lets see on the 3rd I foolishly brought in at 3.5 but if I loose, it's not much compared to what I have lost today.Still no need to sell so waiting for better times. And did vote no some time back but not sure I would again after todays bloodbath
I think the markets are more concerned AAL will withdraw. With present conditions the hedge funds will snap AAL hands off at 5.5p so it will be yes.Whilst the ballot must be kept secret The talk in AAL board room is more open? They would be mad to carry on with the volatile market they are in and they know sh will blame them not the virus.Again why have they not made a locked in offer if they think sxx such a bargain?
If the market continues to fall I reckon it will be immaterial as I think AAL will use market volatility to withdraw the offer.6 months ago they were just over 1650p and insiders have been selling a lot more than buying and they have said they expect tough trading conditions over coming years if world economy tanks.A company that gains a quarter in value in 6 months in good times can loose it a lot quicker in bad
A bigger scandal than PPI in the making but everyone will be dead when the chickens come home to roost
Some one should write a book about what the FCA is for sweet FA.Never put your trust there mate.A collection of failures stripped of any real talent by very lucrative job offers from the market.Look at so called part home equity sales to the elderly
More important with a 1000 drop in the dow and AAL below 20 00 support level will they back out.15% or more value of AAL gone and they are spending 500m with 2.5bill to follow more than 10% of there company value on a mine that will take years to show a profit in an as yet unproved market at the forcaste volume output?.If I was AAL sh I know what I would do.AAL is speculative no loyalty sh there why won't they lock in 5.5 now odey must be biting his nails as well as cf strange bedfellows. Some one must write a book about this lot and it should be on every business school shelf
Directors are no different from anyone else, that has been a misconception by many on this site who seem to think the title of director nullifys self interest.Whilst there is a legal obligation to act in the best interests of the company (not share holders they are second) if a deal benifits them as well would anyone in all honesty say it would not swing the outcome.Forget morals its business. To donate to charity before a penny profit was made showed this board was way off track years ago
Those asking for 7p remind me of the Leyland 4.if its 5.5 the hedge funds are even if its 7 they have made a few bob that's why they want AAL to lock in the offer at 5.5 so they can not get wiped. But if AAL hold fast then you can bet odey will vote for 5.5 and be glad to get it.
AAL under 20 DOW 900 down, now let's see if SXX was such a bargain.
Bet there are a good many bricks in the board room bog
Compounded not so bad compared to alternatives remember many just want the company to survive in it present form with hopefully a management change
I would chip in a few bob but not to see blood suckers get richer
Sh have been given no say as to any way they could invest to save this company and that's because the management have and would want to continue the gravy train. The only way new investment from sh would come is if a new management were put in to run it who would not think they were part of RTZ and run it as it should have been in the first place
There people come from the markets and rejoin it.The FSA is only there for comfort. Will any one of the hundreds who use this board give a personal good outcome of a complaint. They are failed brokers and bankers who are looking to retirement and a two thirds Supperanuated pension payed by us do not put any faith in them, they are part of the system
