Wolf, according to the RNS 22 december,

"The Trading Update on 30 November 2020 stated that the parties' objective is to complete the acquisition and the authorisation processes regarding the banking license during the first quarter of 2021. This timetable remains on track"

So once the bank gets it's licence, hopefully in the first quarter, it's up and running. Finance already available, RNS 22 December.

"The Quadrivio fund "Industry 4.0"[1] will invest in and capitalise the Captive Bank."

StudentTrader, you missed the boat, you could of bought for 0.32, around 2 weeks ago. You are lucky to be getting these prices to be honest. Anything under 0.80 is a steal in my honest opinion.

Snowman10andy, Yes that's the thing, we have no idea if the machine has left, However, I'm going along with the RNS that said it will leave on the 24th.

Snowman10andy, it's only a 2 day drive, let's make it 4 (the truck driver can go the scenic route). If it left spain on the 24th, it should be in Nottingham for the 28th. The machine has been tested so fully working machine, just needs setting up, full production middle of January the latest.

The next RNS we get, probably Tuesday or Wednesday will say machine has arrived in Nottingham and is being set up for full production. It's only coming from spain. IMHO

Just to add to Glib's brilliant post. Helium is seeping out of the ground, in the region where the drilling will take place. The test done in the region by independent surveys estimate there is a huge quantity of recoverable helium (one of the largest in the world). Moment drilling is done, I can't see Adam getting in @20p.
