Lawrmyer, Leeds centre to Bradford centre is 9 miles. You cannot buy property in Bradford for £20,000. Cheapest places in Yorkshire are places like Doncaster, S****horpe, Barnsley etc. you cannot buy property near big cities for £20,000. I’m involved with property. Lawrmyer, I’m from Manchester, I visit Leeds regularly for business, you cannot buy a house anywhere near Leeds or Manchester for £15,000. Bradford is literally next to Leeds.
This is a misconception, that Londoners have of the north, you wanna visit Manchester or Leeds sometime.
