I'm LTH and very happy with the current status of the business. Just looking at the management involved..on both sides..is awesome and more befitting a much larger company...There again I think we are about to become a much larger company..I get a sense of professionalism from this deal. It will happen I'm convinced of that. So interested in seeing how this plays out..going to be a classic..gla pompey

Also made me think and re-read, again, the rns..action on the convertible pe ipo....sound like rto pre ipo then presumerably new company can put forward an ipo to raise fund for initial project. Morning nomad, welcome back..trust you had a good break..we will still need an rto inside next six months to stay alive. No sure how they will fund that right now unless there is some deal with i3e involved which I suspect is the case. They are working out a way to do this in with the ipo. Either way this is it so best settle down and let our team get on with it. They will be aware of what shareholders need more than anyone. Hi pustule..agree matey. I'm as confused as you..even looked at aim rules for admission (including ipo) it's a nightmare And is a long drawn out process. i3e want to move along at pace. Why else would they want to know us...we've got to be the quick route in so why all this bit about buying in..don't understand it. So if no rto ...no Gwik. So what do we shareholders have...a part of i3e? If so what and how.......confused.com

Cheers royoboy. Thanks for reply..but still sought after as way into aim surely? Looking at aim requirements for listing can understand why....seems horrendous and so time consuming. I get the feeling i3e want to move on this project and see us as more than finance. Surely rto is in this somewhere! Otherwise what's the point..surely not for an extra few quid on delisting..wouldn't make sense. Am I being naive here, don't think so..just trying to get my head round where we are heading. Hi everyone..some interesting reading since rns..agree & disagree with some..all have valued points albeit some more thought out than others..happy to look at both sides of the coin. For what it's worth, and I'm no expert, my thoughts are:- 1. Ipo is surely a route into aim, correct me if wrong. If it is then why involve us. Aim listing costs(which I'm Sure i3e can afford).time could be of the essence which they require and we could assist In that matter. 2. First i3e project..proven North Sea field from oil major with production by H2 - 2017. Say 15 months....does it even Have a rig on it? If not could it be done? At what cost us$45mill ...is that enough..I've no idea on that score.. If already set up & drilled..super..but somehow can't see a major parting wth that for that sor of money..maybe l'm Wrong. 3. Jaap, Jo and Amanda are up to the level of i3e Bod and I for one have every confidence in their sitting round the table with these guys....after all the've done ok so far...and not been dismissed as nothings. I also see these three Being involved in i3e somewhere..Jaap won't retire..not the sort 4. Not sure how they will do rto but as Quint (thanks matey) noted earlier..it will get done and will be part of this Agreement eventually. Hope it's not a bore but thanks to all who have posted..oh by the way I am a genuine holder(LTH) here and am sure we are in for a great ride with Gwik ..gla pompey

October is a reasonable guess..good as any..given how long we've been at it up to now. Depends on finding the company up for an rto. Lots out there I'm sure and Jaap will be well aware but not all companies may like our proposals..after all any deal has to suit both parties not just Gwik otherwise other side may turn around and walk away. I'm in and staying in. GWIK didn't want Jaap...other way round I believe ...Jaap gets bored and needs something to do..so has an idea to further boost his image, ego and make money doing it. He needed GWIK or some other cash shell..just happened to be us he also needed the likes of Jo and Amanda for there expertise in fulfilling his plan..he don't need CP so bye bye. Jaap knows his target ('s) and will be driving through a deal which I believe will be talk of aim for yonks plus whilst I believe it will multi bag I also think the new company will grow in wealth as it develops towards its full potential. Morning miker..couldn't agree more. Much prefer the gradual uplift..bit at a time..far less volatile and more sustainable. Will surely go into suspension and relist as asset arrives..gradual uplift as company grows to Jaaps desires. Long way to go here but I'm LTH that's for sure. Good luck matey ..pompey
