Well done show.me ...now I am concerned.. I understood from previous posts that we are fully funded..even over subscribed..so what are we doing at this conference which appears like seeking funds. Also of concern is web site lacking update to inform us of conference. Not sure of GWIK part in this but we are invested so information should have come to them for an updated Gwik web page ...thoughts please guys

Hi infapound..not sure about share allocation if you hold a share cert. Mine are split isa & share acc. Any allocation of i3e etc will go automatically into those accounts. The isa is slightly different but no probs so I've been informed ...good luck

Hi Archie..pretty sure it will be paperwork, as I said earlier I looked at LSE site and it's horrendous more so with several investors involved. I think it was miker who said funding was sorted. Wasn't aware of the Cora thing so thanks for that. I've emailed Amanda for info..no response so far..will post if I hear anything..cheers matey

Hi everyone. Personally I don't believe this has anything to do with market sentiment, the election or current oil prices. In my view it's purely down to paperwork...have a look at what's involved in raising an IPO on LSE...it's horrendous and if your submission does not meet the LSE rules it all goes back for further work and resubmission. Given i3E management plus AVD the funding is sorted in my opinion, what with Liberator a go go.. No this is not about climate, funding or anything...it's purely admin/ paperwork and worse of all bloody red tape..sort that and we're off..until then patience my friends..crikey we've been here since Nov... what's a few more weeks..be positive..it will happen imo of course gla

LSE still showing IPO date as tomorrow 7/6/17 and nowt from i3e as yet so where has this come from?

Whoa...where does it state date moved please...nowt on aim...FE I is admission dates for accounts is it not or something similar or have I missed something...what does LSE state..no change on tomorrow as I see it. Where does it state change in IPO date please..pompey

Tend to agree Ecuagold...I'm assuming all necessary paperwork/approvals are back from all entities and will have been accepted/vetted by LSE in readiness for tomorrow's launch. Getting a bit late in the day for LSE to raise queries. Just my thoughts guys.

Morning all...I'm pretty sure it's as you say..paperwork..I looked at what's involved in an IPO on LSE and believe me it's an absolute minefield..so many forms to be raised vetted and apptroved by all parties involved.The only consolation I have is that i3e management+Amanda have been here before so I'm sure it will come good...hopefully tomorrow....then the party begins hey ho gla

Hi miker..agree with your comments..the i3Energy team are very very experienced having done this sort of thing before so what we are seeing here is professionals at there best..getting it right. Don't really need to be told why it's delayed a simple ' don't worry guys we're getting there" would do me..cheers matey
