Thanks nomadicinvestor..with HL so no probs..in Gwik from early days and more than pleased when jap, jo & amanda got on board. Together with i3e board they forum a formidable team so quite happy to sit this out as I consider it less of a gamble now than a few months ago...cheers matey

However it unfolds it's going to be really interesting..certainly a hold for me to H2 -17 drill..maybe longer with the prospect of other 'near term production' purchases in the pipeline ( forgive the pun) will continually add value to our holding. As an aside how will we shareholders have the new i3e shares credited to our accounts..will it be automatic or do we have to do something..remember something about a dividend but not sure how that works..bound to be someone more knowledgeable than me out there so come on guys and gals info please thank you pompey

The 6 month deadline re 5/916 to 5/3/17 is for rto...nothing to do with i3e ipo, which could be anytime dependant on decision of OGA approval..basically as I see it after 5/3/17 if no rto then we still exist as a company with shares in place...just not AIM listed as we do not meet the criteria required. Correct me if I am wrong here guys but that's my take on it..cheers mateys pompey

posture that's a good find. Interesting looking through JOG posts it is all down to the actions of the bod who had direction and achieved a plan...as you say we will, hopefully, follow a similar route..We have excellent people involved on both sides..possibly better than jogs..given the expertise of jap, jo & Amanda + i3e guys so no reason why we cannot emulate jogs success..once o&g approval and ipo is done..we will drill in 2017 and whoosh. looking forward to the very near future here...looking good..all imho of course.

Surely the company will still exist, much like i3e is right now, but it won't be listed on AIM. But I stand to be corrected by more informed than I...not sure what happens to the shares...In my old Ltd company family had 1 share each. So maybe someone out there can advise us...cheers mateys pompey

Agree with most comments and happy to let board get on with it. One question...if we do not rto and fail to meet aim requirements then surely all that happens is we lose AIM listing and revert back to a ltd co. Much the same as i3e are at the moment..so what happens then..please excuse my ignorance in these matters.cheers mateys pompey

I do not believe JP or AVD will accept damaged ego...they are far too astute and professional. They will have this worked out, maybe a few surprises along the way but nothing they can't handle. I honestly believe we will come through this with a very positive result. The combination of both I3e and JP/AVD is an immense management team the likes of which are most unusual for companies such as ours...more associated with much higher levels of business. So have faith guys..let them get on with their job..the best fell I have for this is no info leaks ...zilch...which to my way of thinking is good...good business keeping its tight..So I'm happy with the current status..news before xmas will do me. Have patience my fellow investors...oh bye the way all IMO of course..cheers mateys pompey

Some really good posts there you guys..both constructive and positive...thought provoking. I do think our people are the tops and will have no problems dealing with the ipo and associated deal....would love to be a fly on the wall and listening to this being put together...sincerely believe we are in for a bit of a nice surprise here.....imo of course. Hi Gt..appreciate your opinion...personally not too fussed either way myself..I'm in and stuck with it..the end result will be what will be..said it before..however I feel a few words of encouragement, if applicable, would not go amiss. After all we are nearly 6 weeks further on so surely more information is known...however wether it's available to public domain right now is another matter...all come out in the wash I suppose...cheers matey

i3e obviously need the financial expertise and contact base of Jo & Amanda to take i3e through the ipo process. The process is a minefield and our people have experience in this field. Have a look via google..it's horrendous..the ipo process that is. Something like 30 + boxes to be ticked off and each one represents reams of paperwork and approvals back and forth. However it work be nice to have a progress report..does not have to be an rns..company web site update would suffice. Gla

Jaap..I believe we should have some news from you, if only to tell us we are on course to meet the deadlines we have been set..at the moment there will be some, and I mean some who will think you are sitting back with your feet on the desk, I personally do not think that is the case, but it would help to improve investor relations if you could say something to put our minds at rest. I am quite comfortable with the present situation. When you consider the level of business expertise involved, in both Gwik & i3e , which I find incredible in a couple minnows ( a shell and one seeking listing) got to ask what are they up to? If however they do pull it off then it's a whole new ball game..we will soon know I'm sure..Pompey
