This seems like a positive stance backing the company’s forward direction. Why wouldn’t he just take the cash off the table otherwise. I’m guessing that SA and DB know exactly where we are going in the not too distant future. Please I would understand any other points of views if I’m reading this wrong. Or leave me in the dark and let me imagine my future profits whilst walking my dog in the drizzle…

So if David Brierwood exercises his warrants and increases his holdings by another £300,000, I’m pretty confident that my small amount in comparison is pretty secure over the next few months. Someone who will be in the know and close to SA would not be gambling on anything else but a sure thing. Hopefully SA is sitting on his hands with a huge smile waiting to drop the mother of all bombs.

Agree Bazzaman. A while ago that sort of trade would take an age to clear the book. Now it’s hardly making a blip. Although we could do without it. Hopefully they / he eventually beggars off.

I think the 250000 trade that’s shown up after hours would have been a buy, which has helped push this towards 20p. I’m hoping that the lead up to April we see a few more of these sized trades and then after Croda news even more. I’m personally believing that SA is going to give us a release of news about the company before then which will be positive ( hopefully) and kick start the share price before Croda. Here’s hoping that 6 years of support and backing finally pays off….handsomely!!

Bazzaman, we have been told that news will be held back until early April. Why then make a big deal about the scarcity of SA coming out with blockbuster exclusives on a weekly basis before then. We all know that this could turn out as a real earner for all of us and then the news will flow……hopefully

Can I ask you what benefit do you get from the share price going down. I don’t understand anyone following a board they have no financial stake in. So please explain…..

As with every share….. those who bought in recently at 10-12p and have climbed on board to ride the share rise are now leaving with a 30% profit and walking away happy. Most of us LTH are frightened of selling and risking that RNS that will multiply our stake by X amount. I’ve been in for over 8 years and bought in both the 50ps and levelled down by buying in the 10p range. It’s part of my daily routine… check share price and chat room. However I’m ready to divorce myself from all the regular posters and walk away in the late spring with a pocket stuffed with money……..Hopefully…..

Well after what I considered a presentation that put to bed any doubts about which direction this company is going , I’m bemused to see that the share price is still stagnant. I thought SA answered everything positively and as fully as he could. This appears to me at 16p a no risk investment and on a brief look at the trades today it seems we again are in more buying territory. I guess SOH will be offloading batches over the coming weeks but surely we will be double this price in Jan/Feb awaiting Croda news in April. Thanks by the way to Elric for a good interview this morning.

Fair play Bel, you got back in a couple of weeks ago, bought big, off loaded at a profit and looking at buying back in again a few quid richer. Isn’t that what everyone here wants to do. I wish I had done the same. I’m just scared at missing that RNS that I believe could drop at anytime and after being in for 5 years would regret that few quid I made. I have bought the story and if it unfolds then it will be an ouch! Not unfortunately just for me bu also friends I have told about this chance who have followed my tip. Here’s hoping with fingers crossed and again well done Bel.
