Yep, that’s how I read it. I don’t believe the tensions are making a blind bit of difference to sale negotiations. This is a huge deal going into the future - ten years plus.
I didn’t expect much from todays RNS, though. Lovely reading but we’ve seen it too many times before. Shows the BOD read this board though or have been bombarded with emails. At least it’s clarified to the doubters what ‘initial strategy’ means.

The frustrating part is, and I said this to Hep last year, they f**ked up the raise in March21. There was no real need for the timing or size of raise and warrant giveaway at that time. The SP here would easily be well above 1p by now given the transformation that has taken place here...

What will it achieve? If there is something to release, they will do it. If there’s nothing and they scramble together a nothing RNS, the market will see right through it. This has been dragging on so long now that I don’t see anything other than a meaty sale RNS pushing us north. Too many false dawns and too many disgruntled investors.

….that was an anticlimax of a day. I honestly thought, on that news, we would blast past 0.5 and not look back. 21% up first thing to flat. Sad. Hardly surprising though, given certain posters mentality and the fact that they need to come on here and spread the same. One day they’ll be locked out and nothing would please me more!

So they’re diluting 13 percent at a discount of 46 percent of the ‘indicative’ offer price. Sounds groovy, that. Looks like I’ll be holding for quite some time!
