I don’t think we were steady Eddie 20. We hit 14p in august of last year because people got fed up. Almost a year on, we’d be lower than that even if it wasn’t for a war.

I think that many of us here, myself included, have seen this share through rose tinted glasses and I’ll admit, down right stubbornness.
When you look in from the outside, it’s pretty clear. Two years on we haven’t sold anything. Nothing. And we’re now lower than we were pre suspension.
I don’t think it’s a scam, else I wouldn’t be here. Two years though. It’s just ridiculous and we still don’t really know anything.

Riseabove, we’ve been over this multiple times. That RNS doesn’t mean much to me I’m afraid and I let out yet another sigh when I first read it. Emphasis on the word ‘can’. Not will. Same as it’s always been over the last year. I will believe any of it once/if this comes good. Of course, I have no intentions of selling at these levels because worst case I believe they’d sell their assets for £200m in a heartbeat.

That’s the long n short of it, Amtech. In this market, any news will need to be spectacular to get even a 10/15% rise. This statement of ‘shortly’ isn’t helping. Almost three months ago.

The Company is working to agree the terms of the joint venture and expects to announce the conclusion of the agreement shortly. In anticipation of agreeing this, MOS has agreed to subscribe for £250,000 in Gfinity's placing as announced on 14 March 2022. Further details regarding the joint venture will be announced shortly.
