May have hit ‘operational profitability’ in December. And you’re going over to GFIN telling people not to touch it. They’re valued at £2m. I’m waiting.

If people have made good money here then great, I’m happy for them. Other than you. But then you’re probably offloading daily, despite what you say, as you can’t believe the gift you’ve been given and there’s no way you’d want to go through what you have the past three years. Steady - I have a small position in GFIN and more than happy to let it run. If you’d been following then you’d know that those results were expected. You either believe the story or you don’t. I’m not sweating it.

Have you actually read your results? Someone, anyone, please explain how in gods name can this be valued at £41m? Please, a serious answer. I can’t see that it should even be valued at one tenth of that.

However, whilst the Directors are confident of continuing to raise additional funds as needed to finance the business in accordance with its Digital Media and Connected IQ strategy, they nevertheless recognise that a material uncertainty exists which might cast doubt over the Group and Company's ability to continue to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities as they fall due in the normal course of the business and therefore its ability to continue to operate as a going concern.

You got massively lucky with MOS. How on earth they are valued at £41m with a yearly rev of £470k and almost £1million loss, is beyond most people. And whilst you’re scrutinising GFIN’s results, you might want to concentrate on the risk sections in MOS’s.

· the total consideration for the north america disposal represents an implied value of up to 8.8p per ordinary share and a multiple of 5.5 times adjusted ebitda 2023 for the north america business.

· total consideration for both the north america disposal and the previously announced europe disposal, including all earnout payments due, would generate up to $72.5 million in cash before costs and liabilities.

blatant bull****. less than two months ago, they say this and they would have known roughly how the two businesses were ‘tracking’. now they expect $3-4m in earn out, across both.

i hope some institutions can look into this as us lowly pi’s don’t stand a chance.

Bamb, I was surprised at the lack of sp movement on 11/11 when they pretty much confirmed this in the trading statement. Investors are understandably very cautious after what’s gone on here over the past year or two. If you are buying around these levels, though, imo you’ll probably be doing very well within 6-12 months.
