No news for nearly 6 weeks now and only 8 weeks to go. This thread is is starting to get stale as the only thing that was certain was written in the rule26 in mid November. And you can bet that bares no relation to the current state of the Company today. All the Company needs to do is put out an RNS with a bit of a suggestion of something happening and the share would rocket. But they haven’t, so what is going on and who are the owners of the majority of shares not in public hands? At this rate we could see the rest of the 6 months go by without any news. Now there’s a shocking thought.

If only 18% of the shares are in public hands, who owns the other 82%? The AIM rule 26 disclosure doesn’t make it clear! I can only see around 38% on the disclosure leaving another 44% unaccounted for, very strange when you have to report a holding of over 3%

No way is this risk free, it’s a gamble, plain and simple. And there’s only a few weeks left before we find out. It’s one of the least risk free shares on the market, at least with other company’s you may get something back if it goes bad. Here, you could be left with nothing. And if you look at it, it hasn’t moved much in 4 months so where’s the confidence, not much of it about in my view. No news of any stake building either, all gone a bit quiet. Some of the names haven’t exactly put much in, £50k is chicken feed to them. IMO

Jillson is right but I will say one other thing, take a look at the 100/150 K trades over the last few weeks and the vast majority of them are buys despite them being just below mid price and being reported as sells. Someone I believe is building their stake here and once that’s done we may get news. Still a gamble though and all in my opinion!

This company is still a big gamble but there are so few shares out there that any good news will send the price into space. If just over 17 percent of the shares were in public hands in the middle of November, I bet that figure is much much much lower now. Just need the news.

Has anyone checked out this Akers guy, not sure what all the excitement was about, all he touches does not turn to gold!! The other thing is, all he’s done is throw a few grand in here, he’s nowhere near director status and has no say in what goes on here. He may as quickly take his money out of here as quickly as he put it in. Unless there’s news soon this will quickly go below 5p. All imo
