It’s always a 2 way street investing in that you expect the company to protect shareholders when appropriate if your committed to them

Don’t want to get into a load of detail about it but the share price was 107 108 before the results

Whether it was dragged down by the seller or manipulation who knows but it crashed from 160 to 108 in 6 weeks . If that wansnt low enough to commence a buyback then what share price is in the Cfos opinion ? It seems a little inefficient putting 5m of capital into a divi then a share buyback which would put multiples of 3p on the company
