Capital is needed for subsurface works, plant design, tailings work. If the vote passes, that means NTVO can move ahead on projects; if not, delays .

Field surveys, sampling in Peru (Bonanza, Morrocota, etc.). Also progress on Tesoro Gold Concession.

These are core projects. Positive sample or survey results could begin to support value beyond just speculation.

Processing & plant work

Moving from using other plants (“tolling”) to own processing plant designs. Tailings plant / gold-silver recovery projects.

Owning processing improves margins. For juniors, the ability to process own ore / tailings is a big step. It reduces reliance and improves cashflow potential.

Bond / liability restructuring

Technical default on bonds; restructuring proposals.
