Earofaim yes, in one of the interviews chairman admitted that it will be option to do the placings and retrieve crypto. Also in other said that he will buy shares and link them to NFT passport. Then such passport will be available to buy by crypto.

Well, that doesn't have sense. He will need to pay as much as shareholders want. There is no clearance here. I think shareholders may ask at least as much as they paid for the company when listed. Maybe with some reasonable loss but nothing fundamental changed with THG . If company will go private again the it will be in £4-£5 range imo.
Looks like the city realized Matt could do a lot of collateral damage to them and tech clients will be considering New York in the first place.

Doesn't it make you think that if it hasn't happened yet, it means that there is something wrong with the company? That it does not meet, for example, some elementary requirements? These requirements are to protect people like you!
I have lost any confidence here. The company has the concept but nothing else. It looks like cannot provide real product and the bridge remains intentional only. OTC is not achievable by some reason - must by lack of transparency or so. You can buy and speculate here but I will think twice before I buy back.
No timescales. Depends how many buyers you can find. The current situation is exceptional. No idea what to expect. Don't know what is the possibly takeover price. Must be not far from the current levels. If big sharks such as BlackRock want to sell then should be easy to takeover the company for £3 a share or so. It is getting very interesting.
