The news in the City , bankers , advising this is a Re rate after suspension and a massive deal , worth billions .. this is the start , this will continue to rise over the coming days , a placing is a long way of , they will ensure the SP is at a strong re rate , and then of course it will happen unless of course they get bought out , which is also on the cards .. now in real time ..

The SP should be in the penny now and is heading there ...
