I wonder if he will be in the open market to get as many shares as possible? With the majority shareholder owning 52% and Viktor on 24.4%, thus far, with some other major shareholders there aren't many to hoover up in the open market, which means only one way imo….

Under control of businessman Victor Pinchuk, Kelda Limited (Hong Kong), through a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kylestone Limited (British Virgin Islands), purchased 24.432% of the shares of Regal Petroleum (UK).

This is stated in the report of Regal Petroleum on the website of the London Stock Exchange, Ukrainian News reported.

Previously, Kelda Limited did not own shares in Regal Petroleum.

Crosson Overseas Limited, which owns 24.432% of Regal Petroleum, owned by the Russian consortium Alfa Group in August, left the Regal Petroleum shareholder

Regal Petroleum, which has been operating in Ukraine since 1999, after a downturn in November 2010, in August 2011, resumed the development of its major assets in Ukraine - Mehedovsky-Golotovschinsky (MEX-GOL) and Sviridovsky (SV) gas condensate fields in the Poltava region.
