Under control of businessman Victor Pinchuk, Kelda Limited (Hong Kong), through a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kylestone Limited (British Virgin Islands), purchased 24.432% of the shares of Regal Petroleum (UK).
This is stated in the report of Regal Petroleum on the website of the London Stock Exchange, Ukrainian News reported.
Previously, Kelda Limited did not own shares in Regal Petroleum.
Crosson Overseas Limited, which owns 24.432% of Regal Petroleum, owned by the Russian consortium Alfa Group in August, left the Regal Petroleum shareholder
Regal Petroleum, which has been operating in Ukraine since 1999, after a downturn in November 2010, in August 2011, resumed the development of its major assets in Ukraine - Mehedovsky-Golotovschinsky (MEX-GOL) and Sviridovsky (SV) gas condensate fields in the Poltava region.
