we had the numbers on what the three wells are now producing because back calculating the bopd from he 13,629 makes it look worse than I suspect it is, although frankly it doesn't sound great. Even if there was only one well operating in the last 6 months that would give only 75 barrels a day... As an oil producing company we want this detail though having to work it out which of course we're going to try and do. This is the crux of the judgement on the success of Alberta and at the moment I think it's hard to judge the these re-works are being successful. A little more meat on the bones on what is happening and why from the oil point of view please Keith. Not just on this but on every RNS practical coming out from NOP. This is a new direction from NOP and all eyes are on it and deciding whether to keep our hard earned in. $6m expected cost to complete these 3 wells and 6 months operation as yet produced $1m. One thing seems clear we'll run out of cash before we get many more wells online and they're not producing fast enough to get enough to get more online at anything other than a very slow rate without a cash raise. Not feeling brilliantly positive here, anyone got something more positive to take from this? Am I just having a grumpy morning?
Ifonly, what press might that be? Can't find anything. Cheers P
I haven't seen the TYR advert on TV, but I did see another very recently that claimed to use natural ingredients and looked to be competitor. At closer inspection it was a pesticide based product.l On another note I used the TYR products on holiday recent, TYR were kind enough to send me some on their Mosquito and Tick repellent from their Naturals range in advance of launch and I'm pleased to say it worked very well.
Got mine, TyraTech very kindly sent me some for my holiday, can't wait to try my investment out! https://twitter.com/PoeticalTrader/status/499841314104827904 Moving more money in here, more I read the more I like. Wondering why the drop today though..
I seem to recall Oogle gave this a timeframe until he was out a short while ago. I would expect the SP drop and the slightly underwhelming results a month back probably pushed him away. Those results didn't look good, but it was unfortunate as they were restricted by the Canadian flaring laws which shut one rework down. They need to tie-back to the gas pipeline infrastructure on their wells and they will be away and producing constantly without these restrictions. This is in the plans already and again having good cash reserves means they will invest in all this once the board are convinced the reworks are... working!
And now Standard Life have taken 5.6% :) Going to reward us richly this one.
Scoop, I'd respectfully disagree with you there. Just because they produced 1800bbbls a day at one point, this has no relevance to where it is now. Their market cap was also much higher, today it sits at £19m. 500bopd will produce not far off the current mcap annually.. That's why this company represents significant upside, and with all the cash required to make this happen without external fundraising. Just on cash alone they have £14M (including the UKOG asset sale). So valuing their canadian operation at just £5m forgetting the italian stuff. Considering the scope for their license I thin they represent good value. I appreciate where you're coming from if you're a long term investor, but with no disrespect it's more important to attract new investors than please the existing ones (they will be thanked by a rise in SP) and the investment case IMO is decent, albeit reliant on getting these operations on track. They are many E&P's out there that do none of the P and yet are valued much higher on potential alone. NOP are far further down the path and whilst they might not promise enormous wealth on a 'possible P10' basis, they've got proven assets with the technology to successfully rework them in a way that will make this company very profitable within 18 months. not a bad case I'd say. Just my personal view.
:) Does look like a good-un, thought I'd missed the trade here but I agree with the various sentiments below, should be good for a few pennies more for now.
Blow, I just bought because you did. found a few more pennies under the sofa. So is this where your 5% is then?
Of new shares. Companies now merged after GM the other day. Now the 4th biggest content provider in the USA and biggest outside of it. And second biggest independent globally with 48% growth in H1 of this year alone. Founder of YouTube Chad Hurley on board as both an investor and an advisory to the board along with a proven Internet Entrepreneur Charlie Muirhead founding this business. Two acquisitions of the two very similar companies by Time Warner and Disney for $1bn and $750m just completed. We should be next in line if played well and see a 6-10 bagger from here at least. We got people, product, market share and money. What's not to like? My research notes here that formed my investment basis. https://www.dropbox.com/s/3puqc7m889d415k/RSTR_Research_PoeticalTrader.pdf
GM tue or wed (think wed) approval of placing etc. formality, but will see some more money IMO. Holding up the bb well gekko!
blimey Spikey, never seen you so positive! lol Don't blame you, looking very nice this one. This is an investment company, of course there will be dilution but as you put so well yesterday fund raising backed with genuine reasons is a story you can invest in. I expect to hear about both in short shrift and I will hold for a while here. It makes me smile at times when I see people bemoaning fund raising. How exactly do people think that non-revenue generating companies can have OPEX or M&A, exploration, license acquisition etc etc without it!!
quite correct. My TYR shares are in a custodia account and I will convert them in likelihood as TYRU seems to spike higher on news I guess for obvious reasons (non-US domiciled investors getting in). I'm really excited about this companies opportunities. Novartis sales could be mega and personally very much like retail products having a dog, 2 children and going to mossie filled holiday soon. I'm trying it all out courtesy of Amazon!! I will hold these babies tight until at least the Dec year end results due next summer for a start. This year will be the biggest growth this company has seen and I think it will grow long term, but I'll want to be getting them into a SIPP once commercial relationships proving fruitful.
Well that's what you get for booking your trade late on the phone 10x above market size. Got you by the short and curlys if you really want it, don't they? Still, I happen to think this Mexican legislation is very important and changes what ASTA could be. That previous n4p high will be seen again here IMO and some now this hurdle is cleared.
surely they can't of meant to have named XPL in their corporate presentation???? Unless I've missed it, I can't see the RTO as a new listing in the AIM section of the london stock exchange website. This is a big asset they're backing into, in fact two deals being done here to combine through SPA.
Hi Gabriel, sure they've done well with their negotiations. Especially with Bruno Jactel on board! Just trying to put some balance in my notes and point out possible risks. They will get pushed as their distribution gets bigger, but as I say 'nice problem to have'. I firmly believe this is the absolute sweet spot time to be entering a company that gas the hardest part if the curve behind them, and whilst I'm in no doubt as to the challenges in getting this a globally distributed company, I'm sure they will succeed. I put the Novartis bit in the end, but do some checking in Novartis. $670bn company!! Distributing the Tyratech animal / farm products. Sweet.
Great news today, and Tyratech is certainly moving places. This is my summary of Tyratech - has a link to explanation of the un-restricted and restricted shares (TYR and TYRU). This is the one to invest in! We're going where TYRU is :) https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6088200/Share%20Research/Tyratech_PoeticalTrader.pdf

Love the story here, a genuine perfect storm of approved products hitting the market together in to some unexciting areas, but they should be mega profitable. Big suppliers coming on board. Will post a brief research note soon.
It's the overhang from the 50M shares, once gone this will bounce strongly. Who knows exactly when it will be, but when it does... Very positive news today
