Tyson, re SEEing, the main reason for the drop was a worldwide shortage of a basic material and couldn't fulfill some orders, so they decided to change their model to licencing/royalty and that took sometime to organize, then some delays in signing contracts and recently the Corona, but most importantly Europe has made driver monitoring compulsory in every vehicle from 2022, and the rest of the world will follow.
