I agree with all your points, the reason for not selling now is because I am heavily invested here and would realise a big loss if I do sell. I also know that the moment I sell, the big news will be out and I will miss the boat after all this waiting. Another point to keep in mind is if they didn't manage to raise all this capital, I wouldn't like to think of the possible alternative. I am sure that there are many other investors with a similar situation as mine, we just have to wait somewhat longer!
