@Dave77 re. TR1 / RNS buyer / seller notification upon croissant % @ 3% or over (Up or down).

My understanding is it’s based on when the sale / purchasing is finished, hence you don’t have to necessarily give notice on each % threshold crossing. Eg - check out other Covid (or others notifications) often big buyer or seller will, to avoid disrupting market, unwind or build position over period of time then notify once finished.

That being said - still expect we must be close (but I’ve stated that for a while...!)

Weeks ago whiff of strong buys increased SP - now appears 90p has a strangle hold on the SP.

Morning all - lots of talk yesterday about lack of volatility - for those that are interested in technicals, this is known as a Bollinger band squeeze.

GDR Volatility has fallen to low levels and the Bollinger Bands Bandwidth has narrowed to near 6-month lows.

Breakout follows one way or other......

Agree Dave - I think they simply have a large buy mandate but in narrow price range to meet (maybe by a certain date - eg mon / Tues).

So nicely marrying up new large buyer and existing large seller. Previous buyer appeared happy to trade 90-£1 range.

Maybe above has bought ‘unusual’ price stability to GDR SP over last week. Appreciate spike last Fri on Jays rumour ;0)

Hi Clark - agree Danaher / BC could be building position, clearly as Dave highlights they have a track record and can’t see why the wouldn’t prefer all under 1 roof, plus other products you would think would be welcome, if not potentially spun off.

Or maybe they stay independent - but as long as validation successful & partnership continues we are certainly heading to a successful outcome - buyout just brings potential for multiples quicker.

Endgame is nigh...I just hope we’re not sat hear post Mon / Tues (depending upon interpretation of 6 wks) with no news. It could well happen with ‘6 weeks approx’ wiggle room but it would be a blow (Appreciate I’ve / others stated before).

Volume clearly anticipating news - odd SP hasn’t moved much, appears buyer has influence.

Misprints for many - eg 20k vol @ 8am would expect buy plus lots of high 91’s & 92’s.

Very difficult to extrapolate meaningful stats without micro effort.

That being said 10.30am & nearly 500k...volume is back..
