My take is PCR Testing sales in UK is unlikely as:
- 1) Doesn’t fit into GDR’s strategy (US/Africa/India)
- 2) Govt has limited interest in new suppliers (appreciate moonshot might change approach more recently)

However, per statement on GDR website, POC testing is required and therefore expect firmly in the crosshairs of sales strategy. I think US/India/Africa strategy was in context of PCR & not POC (might be wrong).

Morning @Dave77 - the more the ‘delay’ of BC news the more I’m starting to come round to idea of a form of buyout, but along the lines of stripping / spinning off the Covid testing elements (as some of muted here before).

If validation has been successful, can’t see why Danaher would not put Cytvia/ GDR / BC under one roof to provide the best in class automated workhorse solution for producing gold standard PCR Covid tests on mass scale.

Might have been outside thought early on in validation but with 2nd wave / acceleration of Covid globally - it makes it a much easier & more compelling business case.

Morning all - agree @Technik, and expect many PI’s who missed 1st Covid boom (or who experienced it) and who witnessed but missed SNG rise, would not want to miss out again.

There’s been a few false dawns & long wait, but all the signals & indicators are there (as much as they can be) to indicate a strong and sharp growth trajectory on positive news flow, of which there are many feasible candidates all hiding in plan sight.

Even post recent rise it should be an easy investment decision based on even a small amount of research. Add a dose of Covid market sentiment and GDR is even more investable.

Clearly above applies to II’s as well - not going to be easy to provide those portfolio returns this year....might need a bit of diagnostic pharmaceuticals to liven things up.

.....although even once exited (whenever that maybe).....I might have to ween of this BB as has been good fun (ok - sometimes)

Ditto - although new pup also to blame..

Resigned to lack of excitement during holding months but excitement really kicking in now and even though SP pressure to perform (to a degree) off now ahead of news, the mind boggles as material RNS nears....many had dialled down expectations, but think SP boom has done a bad job managing expectations - now back to the pre-slump heady height expectations....and why not??? Market sentiment clearly back to give a nice tailwind.

Per earlier post, really feel stars (& plants) are aligning.

Come on the BudExpress, let’s initiate the nitros, turbos, thrusters and hyperspace mode and leave all LTH’s with the next fanciful challenging decisions around top slicing / target / exit points!

@ Tolster1 - but indeed £200k def buy at £1.35, think the £230k @ 1632 yesterday also potential buy.

@Technik - def big II buyer(s) in play, vol changing hands quickly as we rise, more in sticky II hands the better & reduce PI float.

Great to see vol back even ahead of news - market sentiment / RNS approvals & orders all aligning perfectly with increased SP base to launch from - this could (after all) work our just perfectly.
