They've been offloading at 1.6 per price action / L2 - to be expected when 60% up from placement.

Great to see cleared so quickly .

Great news - clearly there was a big seller(s), but to know reason why and who is great for transparency.

Consolidated wonderfully post Friday / Monday 2 x 20% rises.

Appears next leg is not far round the corner.

Currently 1.6p - expect 2p to be taken out end of week early next.

Warrants @ 2.5p - so blue sky till then (+20% e.g. 3p to make it worthwhile)

Gave a buyzone fair warning ahead of last re-rate.....

....re-rate underway - well don to those who held nerve this week.

Lovely price action today - hoping to hold material gains till close and then nice trend shift for October.

Jason already stated in interview 50% in tight hands - breakdown appears to be:

- Orca Capital with 9.5%
- DEM Deutsche E Metalle with 10.5%.
- Directors and Management team with 21.7%
- Unaccounted for 8.3%

Shenanigan's at moment - but II's confirmed with at least 20% is very encouraging to me....

Especially when we know ORCA definitely bought post RTO.

Latest ORCA RNS shows 9%+ was reached on 22nd so TR1 is not based on buys this week (not saying they aren't building position further).

Clearly right now there is a seller offloading - can't last for long, only can sell once, and then once done we will re-base.

Frustrating - but natural evolution of price discovery.

Whiff of positive news and we rocket + great to see share register moving into sticky hands.

Jason inferred on interview circa 50% is in known sticky hands....

- Share register nice and tight with circa 50% held by Directors / Senior Management and a couple off Institutional Investors including ORCA (TR1 today)
- Further German II in the pipeline...
- Warrants priced at 2.5p (current SP circa 1.3p) - clear short-term achievable target
- Nairobi Stock Exchange listing within 4 weeks. GCAT will be become 1st listed mining company in East Africa
- @Kenyan UK trade summit, British Foreign Secretary announced GCAT upcoming listing....lots of political support both in UK and Africa.
- Nairobi centre of finance and growing in significance, allows access to tremendous amounts of local capital which have few opportunities to invest.
- Only official producer of gold in Kenya, looking to identify other opportunities in Tanzania in near future.
- Potential formal update this week.....per Q&A with FLV

Key - Directors and Senior Management team boots on the ground....hockey stick growth coming....

They could have either:

a) invested under 1% as part of initial raise
b) invested over 1% as part of initial raise (but only just notified via TR1 - shouldn't happen, but does)
c) didn't invest in initial raise and paid up to 1.6p on 22nd Sept to build stake (over 20% higher than current SP)

Either way - point being is expect they aren't day trading....

a) or b) would meant they probably target 2.5p and beyond
c) well you'd expect they would want at least 50% profit - e.g. 2.4p and beyond

So yes - don't fall in love with TR1's but short to medium term very positive.

It's a good point but in the FLV Q&A session Jason mentioned ORCA in the context of share register being nice and tight with circa 50% held by Directors / Senior Management and a couple off Institutional Investors including ORCA.

So whilst anyone can sell at anytime - I expect they aren't here for a week / month flip.

Would expect they also were part of initial raise, so warrants around 2.5p would be potential minimum target.

Let's see.....also appears more interesting in Germany, so maybe more TR1's to come....

Its valuation is akin to a Gold EXPLORER when it is actually a Gold PRODUCER.

Nearest equivalent company with simillar JORC etc has a share price 12x the value of ours
This is VASTLY (Cant stress that enough) VASTLY UNDERVALUED!

The stock will run to at least, at least 24p before stabilising (my opinion)

And agree…..healthy price action - always expect to see % of placees sell out with 30-50% profit, but dips get bought by new investors creating new base camp ahead of next ascent.

Strong buying of dip on Friday pm by next set of investors (or existing adding) hoovering up sales.

Very encouraging and onwards march back.
