Well Fozz - that was an astonishing interview by Ivanishvili’s predecessor, Mikhel Saakashvili. And being the previous PM of Georgia, this information has a lot of credence. It also fills in a lot of gaps as to why FRR has suffered so much since 2013 [notably the public spat with Kaladze who was then the Minister of Energy].
So the question is, how deep does this rabbit hole goes? Well, apparently, all the way to the Kremlin. Georgia is now being run by a proxy of Putin. Plus, there has been no direct discussions with Russia about occupied lands of South Ossetia and Abkhazia. Nothing since 2012.
Why risk the wrath of US and [may be] EU by fighting over B12, when a company has invested US$500M in your country?
Plus we always wondered how a small AIM company like FRR could garner so such strong support in the US, and now we its been revealed its down to Ted Cruz.
Anyway, terribly dirty politics, and a bad advertisement for Georgia as a foreign investment.
As far as the arbitration is concerned, I am still half empty…
