Thanks for clarification I will do that.
Hi neil9574,
I hold 4mil shares marked up on the certificate as atlantic carbon group plc. After atc was delisted they fixed up a matched bargain service via capita, Whereby you stated your price for your shares and they tried to find you
a buyer, Well I had two silly offers which I declined,
Then speaking with Stephen best one day he said to me that they where going to relist and would be prudent
to hang on to your shares.
Si I did, And I received some forms through the post and having read through, and im not the brightest
star in the sky, So I rang the number on the letter the help line, And I was basicly told if I did not fill in the
offer form I would be a minority shareholder & my shares would be worthless.
So iv filled in the form complete with witness signature and ready to post off complete with shares certificate enc.
Read your post this am about option 1 or 2 and wondered if you could explain that to me before I send this off.
Thanks in advance.

Are all coming true here, A dam shame but they may pull them selves out if they get
some good news re marange. Apart from that hes tried to do to much in
one go and its all blown up in his face. Not to mention investors faces..
AP comes over as a good fella on podcasts etc but that's not good enough.
They knew a while ago they would not secure mercuria T2 I wonder why?
I lost trust in AP a good while ago not to mention confidence.
But hey ho, you pays your money. Might have a slight bounce tomorrow.
Which will cheer us up.
GLTAOU (piscio)
Are coming true, Do we know much about (AP)? Do we know of his past and other
involvement in business.
May be we should look it up sometime. (DYR) See if he has an ounce of business
acumen in his body. Cheers (piscio)
I know I should not be on this board when I don't now own one share in this god forsaken company,
I ditched mine last year or so as iv waited & waited for this company to show some true grit.
But no!! There was all this talk about a mountain of gas in Tanzania, Where is it whats going on.
I also had shares in lgo with there operations in Trinidad. same outfit. hopeless. so I got rid of them
at 6.90 a share & sooooo glad I did. I mean how long can an investor keep waiting, Time they come to anything we will all be dead or very aged complete white beard lol. Useles bod in my opinion, no foresight or business acumen
amongst them. rant over & good luck in your wait.
Regards (piscio)
I have 4mil shares in atc, what would mine be worth. I did not think they would be worth
much, But judging by your maths they could be worth quite a lot then??
Lets hope we get relisted soon guys. Regards (piscio)
Soooooo pleased I woke up & smelt the coffee over a year ago with this freak show, And your right
what you state knicoi46 we had nothing in return.
Cut your losses & move on is what I did.
gla (piscio)
Ceo & director of vast resources needs his knuckles rapping & more I should say!! I mean
here we are investing our hard earned money into this freak show & what do we get??
The carrot syndrome!! Rap should know above all others what its like with rom gov officials
and the like. He should of been honest & upfront in the first place to his flock then at least
we would have some idea of whats going on..Rap has a lot of irons in the fire and lets hope
his fingers don't get burnt. (or ours come to that)
I sometimes wonder if he has taken on to much in one go, May be better to gradually build the company
to mid tier status.
What happens when uv to much heat in the oven when baking a cake?? The outside burns and the middle
bit remains stodgy. lol And last but not least do we know anything about raps background and how
he has progressed in other companies. A lot on here state that he is the right man for the job.
Lets hope they are right!
good luck to us all (piscio)
Richard Andrew Prelea, I do hope some you are correct in stating ap
is the right man for the job of taking vast to mid tier status.
He seems to have a lot irons in the fire at present, Lets hope he does
not get burnt... My thoughts only. But do your research as always;
regards as always (piscio)
Sooooooo pleased I ditched solo over a year ago, Waiting & waiting, this is gong to happen
that is goin to happen, Guess what!! Nothing happened except bad management by the bod.
Good luck if your still holding this baby!!
regards (piscio)
So pleased I bailed over a year ago now, Was waiting for sooooooo looooooong for this company to get its
act together, You will become old and grey before it gets into gear. Then will be to late.
Good luck to those who think this might come good.
regards (piscio)
And will be until we get something concrete from vast,Otherwise
its just all hear say at the moment. And the sp will hover where it is give or take.
Theres a lot talking going on here usually from you guys but nothing from vast.
The market is very suspicious re this licence & think there is something more
going on behind the scenes plus talk of more dilution is all not to encouraging.
No more news on our machinery in actual fact nothing much at the moment.
Some have mentioned that ap knows how the rom gov work, In that case why
didn't he just announce in due course instead of timelines, The rom gov are not
interested in timelines. It takes soooooooooo long to obtain any licence inc a
drivers licence, Ap should know all this.
But good luck to us all shipmates, Who knows rodders. regards (piscio)
ERC Minerals discover large gold system in Australia
Tue, 25th Sep 2018 12:12
(Sharecast News) - ERC Minerals announced on Tuesday that exploration mapping undertaken at the Creswick project in Australia has found a large gold system in the Dimocks Main Shale gold targets.
The DMS is between two large gold producing areas in Victoria, Australia and it is estimated 15m ounces of gold are in the region. The company believed they have identified the hard rock source for a significant part of the 15m ounces of gold production. The DMS system hosts strata-bound auriferous quartz veins hosting the gold mineralisation and has potential for bulk gold mining
Rock chip sampling of the DMS is currently underway to supplement exploration data and analysis currently available, before drilling is approved.
Craig Brown, CEO of ECR Minerals plc, commented: "The news announced today is in line with our primary objective to make a significant and economic gold deposit discovery. The confirmation of a system which potentially feeds into two established gold producing areas is very exciting for the team; and an area of targeted future exploration.
"The board's confidence in the Victoria region and its potential to hold further large gold deposits has been growing with our recent work and today's announcement provides a significant step up in our confidence level.
"Further work is required to substantiate our findings and quantify the extent of gold mineralisation, but without doubt, the Creswick licences are now a key project for the Company," he concluded.
