So we’ve had 4 x 2.1m share buys at exactly the same price 2.154p over two days (Monday/Tuesday) so far.

The price conveniently drops to 2p each day, a slow mo shake and then it rose back a bit to somewhere near the SP of the big buy orders.

Let’s see if another 2.1m drops today. Interesting times…

The two milestones of re-igniting the GlobalCo collab for CDX and submitting an IND app for HEMO CAR T are significant in my opinion and will materially drive the SP north. I disagree with your two years plus for adding real value. It will start much sooner than that.

I expect us to be taken over in two years for lots of money.

This deal has to be moving closer and closer to conclusion now. it has been four months since negotiations begun and it was agreed there'd be a six month time frame given to work within.

HEMO have previously confirmed that there will be little or no up front cost for the acquisition of the IP from GlobalCo. (it is fairly typical for such costs to be written into the royalty splits down the line).

I have been told Vlad is attempting to get as much support as he can from GlobalCo up to and through trials. If the deal includes plans through trials to possible take up of CDX by GlobalCo on a successful concurrent phase 1/2a trials and clinical proof of concept then I cannot see how this will have anything other than a monumental uplift on the SP with a rerate to a more accurate market cap. (£75m IMO for starters)
