Boffin, clearly there is no formal deal between PHE and NH2 yet. As Keith said, they are in discussions but so far no agreement reached. If agreement had been reached, then I am sure PHE would have put out an RNS. But I believe there is a possibility that something will happen at some point.
Castle, it's a case of lining up the ducks for the Protos DMG:
1. Contract for providing the feedstock. So far I see no signs of the waste recycling facility being built on the Protos site, and that's what's needed to provide the non-recyclable plastic to the DMG.
2. Off-take agreements for the electricity/hydrogen/syngas. (Already being worked on, I believe.)
3. Financial projection for the DMG project.
4. Secure funding.
It's not a case of just get on and start building on the site.
That’s not entirely right mja. The G3 demonstrator unit, or 1-3 tonne/day prototype, has been in use at Thornton Park in Cheshire for several years. That machine has been used to test a wide variety of different feedstock materials, from which a wealth of technical data has been produced and fed into their computer system. And it is that info that has been used for the specification and design of the DMG system which we hope will be built at Protos in the not too distant future.
