Firering Strategic Minerals: From explorer to producer. Watch the video here.
My feeling is that when they talk about two different technologies, they really mean two different processes, but I am convinced that it is the same basic technology at the core in the chamber.
Could be wrong of course, but logically if it took PHE 10 years to develop the technology it seems rather unlikely that HUI could do a similar job in less than a year.
Going up nicely today, probably on the back of yesterday's podcast.
I would be interested to know how they are getting on with their ammonia based fuel cell and cracker for ships. I believe that there is enormous potential for this system in all kinds of ships, and I'm hoping that we may get an update in the not too distant future.
mja, thanks for your comments. I suspect that the PHE loan will not be repaid in cash but will be transformed into shares in the SPV, and perhaps PHE will have to add a bit more as well. It depends what % holding PHE will end up with.
For me, 31st August is a crucial date. By that date Financial Close for the SPV is due to be complete. That means that the shareholders of the Protos SPV should have come up with the funds, which could be any combination of PHE, Peel, and/or ANO. And the loan from PHE to the SPV should be repaid.
Also by 31st August a decision needs to be made regarding Peel's exclusivity agreement for development of the DMG systems throughout the UK, whether the agreement is to be confirmed or cancelled. I'm hoping that they will not have exclusivity except to develop the systems on their own sites.
I read somewhere recently that they (i.e. the SPV) intend to select and sign up with the building contractors in September. Nevertheless, I expect that Peel will carry out the site infrastructure works before then as that falls to Peel and not the SPV.
