if its a member of the company, as it must be , then with all the problems they have , regarding lack of clarity ect ,, ie a polite way of saying , misleading,,, or may be even stronger,,, , then they should get on with what they are paid a huge inflated salary to do , instead of trying to shield some info they don't want shareholders to know ,,,

morning bignose I fully agree with your analysis , can a company behave in this manor ,with out the any come back surely at some point a line is crossed and the bod open them selves up to legal action ??, costly no doubt but I do hate being had over , and my mind has all but written regent off , but this is not a level playing field and I would love to see the people responsible carry the can so to speak ,,,, which size of can depends on who you listen to in regent as they cant seem to make up there minds ,,, have a nice day ,,, wonder how long this will stay on ??
