Anyone have any knowledge relating to the potential impact on builders of the glass shortage arising from the two major UK based glass producers being on shutdown at the same time. Can't sell houses without doors and windows, so is this feeding through into the current builds yet?

Not been here for a while, but triggered by the news of COVID19 being associated with the clotting of blood. My young cousin in S.Africa is suspected of having had a stroke prior to his admittance to hospital for COVID19 and this appears to be becoming a far more recognised symptom these days.... beter late than never!

Blimey! Was going to harrow the arena (wifes orders) and go to the New Year celebrations in B'ham this weekend. Think I'll give both activities a miss now. Very few products left in the aisle of the store I was informed about.

Too testing a time for me, so got rid of my remaining TW. shares today.
Happy with the price and content to risk missing the start of a rise if I can avoid a much much larger drop.
Hope to get back in quickly enough if no deal is removed and take advantage of a chunk of the likely correction in SP.

I struggle to understand why some are still buying into this drop.
It was clear from the reaction following the referendum result, that builders are particularly sensitive to Brexit. The numerous drops following the slightest negative news over last 2 years gave plenty of warning that the final stages of this negotiation would have a big impact on TW SP. After all, Europe was never going to give the UK a favourable deal (how could they?)
Can't see the situation improving, until after the vote next month (personally, I don't envisage any other outcome than the UK bottling it and remaining after a 2nd referendum).
Long term, I see TW prospects as positive and hopefully the excellent divi's will go some way to ease the discomfort of those that choose to lock themselves into a share.
