Maybe it is a simple as they have updated/upgraded their website and there is now a slight issue as there was not a problem with it the other day.
I think you will also find info on the Tweet that Newcrest selected Byrnecut and they have used them on several of their mines, so clearly very good at what they do, just not website experts.

Below is his LinkedIn profile, I am assuming that what he did at Sandfire is a good fit for what Shaun will be wanting to initially achieve at GGP.

This is the latest Financial report from Sandfire. I am also making the assumption that he put all this together.

I feel your frustration, it is annoying watching a world class asset being ignored by the wider market and the share price dropping. However patience will ultimately win out and everyone should be handsomely rewarded.

Shaun said yesterday in the YouTube video that Havieron will be the corner stone of our strategy moving forward. So Havieron will be the mining part of GGP initially, which will provide free cash flow to fund either further exploration opportunities and/or acquisitions. The strategy seemed fairly clear to me. Have you seen yesterdays video?
TimberTrader,
I think you are spot on. The rig will be staying on site at Havieron to increase the data collection to complete the PFS and FS. Shaun's most important focus must be to get them completed to get GGP into a free cash flow situation. Everything else is an add on.
No worries Bamps,
I also thought the deep drill they did was interesting and the upgrade to the ventilation system to operate at deeper depths. I am assuming that will be relevant to Havieron?
Hi Folks,
This is worth watching as it will give you a visual to what Bamps and BR have been talking about. Not an exact of what GGP will look like but still very informative.

That is a great photo, looking forward to seeing some underground ones as well.
Well there is a lesson on why you should be nice and polite on forums. You just never know who is reading your posts.
If you end up interviewing Shaun again I am sure some of the more seasoned investors might have a few question suggestions for you if you were open to that?
The short answer is yes, certainly if you invested in Newcrest back at the beginning of March it was undervalued, along with loads of the other majors. If you haven't already read Intelligent investor by Ben Graham then I suggest you do along with security analysis then margin of Safety by Seth Klarman.
Try this.

Thanks everyone for your input, greatly appreciated.
I don't know if this have been covered on the forum before. I would be interested in folks thoughts on it.
From what I can tell it looks positive for future gold prices.

I think the plan was covered on pages 14-19 of the corporate presentation. If you have not seen it click on the link.

Quote from Sandeep “ We have chosen to start the mining activity because we are extremely confident they will become mines” Says it all really.
What a great find @Hopefullgold.
Everyone who try's to follow value based investing principles should watch this along with other Rick Rule videos. He is explaining how he goes about picking companies and some of the top CEO's he has made money on. It is a treasure trove of information.
Hi Bamps, thanks for the additional info.
Do you know how deep the drills can go from the surface or have they reached their max and need to do all the extra depth drilling from the decline?
Also roughly how long does it take to put the data in to the system for a MRE calculation.
Thanks for all your input, keep it coming.
Cheers
P&S
@bamps21 I think you are right regarding the resource estimate. I am making the assumption that they will release an updated MRE after the 65km of drilling. So probably 6 weeks after the last drill which will be the end of June, that puts us in Mid August for a MRE update and PFS in September. Exciting times.
