Hi Kyrysos,
I don't think Speedy is crying wolf, these cycles do not happen in days or months. You could argue that we are starting to feel the effects of the QE money printing carnage from 2008 when the banks were to big to fail coupled with the last few years of QE overdrive and a global debt of 300 trillion against a global GDP of 100 trillion.
Which f'en way do you see the gold price going?
@Lochranzalad
I am in agreement with you regarding the share price reflecting the wider PM sector sentiment. However I disagree with you regarding multi-bagging opportunity from here onward.
SD was at Northern Star when the share price was circa $1 and left somewhere between $9-$12. NCM multi-bagged as it added other mines into its portfolio. All of this obviously took some time, in SD case 5 years. If you listen to Rick Rule or Pierre Lassonde they both mention massive returns on stocks that they have been in for 5 years minimum.
Now not everyone will want to hold for that amount of time, however some will and they will be richly rewarded if they do, couple that with SD's plan to turn GGP into a multi asset exploration & mining company and I think there is still plenty of opportunity to multi-bag.
Clever
This is SD's answer to the mining at depth question. 30.40 mins in on the video.

Tymers,
I understand where you are coming from in regards to official news and can only take what is released as certain. However people who invest will also do as much research as possible to try and find out further information that could give them an edge or put their minds at peace in regards to their investment.
Having people like Paddy, Bamps, Hydro, Magictrades, Zoros an the other geologist I can't remember providing information and research that they have conducted is what makes this board such a wealth of info. To then say that their research is irrelevant is a bit harsh.
All of their contributions allow people to put together a very detailed understanding of GGP and where it potentially could be in the future.
Thanks TomE, and I just got some new glasses as well lol

Yes I think you are right, a bit of panicking going on.
I am assuming that the timeline is accurate( why make the first part with the green ticks accurate and then muddle up the next parts). So as you said the other PFS's will be out in September and Haverion will be anytime after them.
If you go onto the Newcrest briefing book page 30. You can see a timeline for the future PFS releases. Haverion is labelled as H2 CY2021. However it is at the end of the timeline with other PFS's due out in Q3 CY2021 in front of the Haverion release.

Goldworm, thanks again, yes would love to see some diagrams. They would help immensely.

My background is Biology not Geology so thanks for sharing your knowledge and putting in the time to do so. It is greatly appreciated.
@Spymaster25
You are correct, I have watched loads of videos and read all the press releases, however I have not seen anything explaining Bullseye anomalies or if I have then I have forgotten about it or can't find it.
I would like to think that this chat room was also a forum for sharing knowledge hence why I asked the question. I have a gap in my understanding about anomalies and how they are represented in a 3D world. So if you can answer that great, if not hopefully someone else can enlighten me along with you.
Hi Folks
Haverion is a Bullseye anomaly and it is also a vertical mineralised pipe. Does that mean that all our other Bullseye anomalies will be vertical pipes or is it not that simple?
I have also looked at last Octobers results and the December MRE release and it looks like they included every result up to and including the December results in the MRE, so if we follow that logic we should expect them to repeat that same process this year.
Hi Folks,
Zoros got me to put my thinking cap on and I did some reading about where we are currently with drilling. Below is a summary of what I have found, feel free to cross check and add your own thoughts.
Drilling total as of December MRE was 126,643
March 11th Drilling total was 154,953 and that completed the infill drilling programme for the indicated MRE.
March 11th mentioned about 65,000 metres of growth drilling was planned.
April 29th total drilling was 158,663
June 10th total drilling was 164,420
July 22nd total drilling was 184,081
We are currently sitting at nearly 30k of growth drilling completed for this season and Shaun has suggested that we are due a bumper crop of drill results in August.
Do people think that will be the full remaining 35k of drilling for the scheduled growth programme and if so will that be enough to make a significant difference for the MRE update in December.
Or will the continued growth drilling also be included in the December updated MRE?
As always I look forward to peoples thoughts on the above.
Hi Zoros
I am not sure what you are getting at as I am in agreement with you regarding the PFS being based on last Decembers MRE.
However I disagree slightly on the drilling part. As mentioned in the MRE, 126,643 metres of drilling had been completed by Newcrest for the MRE. As of our July update that number had increased to 184,081 metres. so that would mean they have completed nearly 57,438 metres of extra drilling. I know some of that is growth drilling and some is infill drilling. What I am struggling to find is the news release that says how much drilling was planned for 2021.
So if you have that to hand I would like to see it as I am not sure if the 65k of new drilling was solely for growth or a combination of both.
Cheers
At the moment the only thing giving GGP any value is Haverion. So until we have a similar find to Haverion any talk of selling it off is a waste of time.
We need the cashflow from Haverion to fund organic growth or acquisitions and from Newcrest's point of view I see no benefit in them giving us a massive chunk of cash for Haverion for us to then go and do our own exploration & mining and potentially be a competitor. It makes miles more business sense for NC to keep doing JV's (especially near Telfer) and paying $70 mil for 70%
As for Callum moving on, why would he? He clearly has a system for finding deep deposits, the anomalies that need to be explored across our landholdings are numerous enough to keep him busy for 10 years at least, which would take him to 60 and if he finds another couple of Haverion's he will become a mining legend. I just don't see anything else out there that would make him want to quit.
Paddy,
I think you are spot on, my understanding now from all the Shaun interviews plus additional info from folks on the board came to these conclusions.
PFS will be based on our MRE shell from December 2020
Growth drilling planned in 2020 for 2021 was due to be completed by end of June 2021, this would give them enough time to create the MRE update in December 2021( there has been a slight delay but I think they are still on track).
Future news will be to tell us how much growth drilling they plan on doing in 2022, with a specific end date to allow them to complete the annual MRE update in December 2022.
Thanks for the video Napthman1.
Some interesting stuff in there.
Hi Folks
For those interested, this is the company they use on site to scan the cores before sending them to the labs.
If anyone was in doubt, they know exactly what is in the cores and they use this info to figure out where to keep drilling. Useful info for figuring out the drill pads on future satellite images.

Hi Zoros
Thanks for the update.
1 point though, I believe Shaun said in the Q&A video that the MRE update would be in December, he also said " annual update" which makes me think we will get one every December.
Thoughts please.
Are these the deepest we have drilled?
If so I am looking forward to finding out what is down there.

HAD090W1 total depth 2041.2
