You clearly said "as its a boost of confidence such a highly rated institution investor has a stake"
HL as an institution don't care. The fact they hold shares on behalf of say a thousand small investors should not be taken as a confidence boost.
They will not be appointing directors, they will not be voting at the AGM, they will not be risking their own cash.
Tame2017 is more of an investor than HL as it least he may go the the AGM, if he develops a view on the company.
You are trying to give the impression that people should invest in this company on the basis that HL have a stake.
HL could not care one way or another about PHE, they are simply buying shares on behalf of retail investors.
The only group exerting an influence on the company direction are the White's.
What is it with the White's and characters with a chequered history, first Yeo now this character.
Given Mugabe's security service were able to disrupt this guy's plans perhaps they should go for a mercenary with a better track record.
There is a guy in Minsk who maybe looking for a new career opportunities.
They need to get a move on.

Old style Pyrolysis but shows the potential.
Testpack,
you highlighted my worry about ICE hydrogen engines but I was aware that a number of manufacturers are claiming that with the correct air/fuel mixture NOX emissions are reduced considerable.
This appears to be the claim in the JCB video and explains to me why they are going in this direction.
If Bamford is putting investment into this I would take the claim seriously and so of course the ICE solution would be an interesting competitor for fuel cells.
Can we get Bamford to do for PHE what he did at ITM?

(1) The announcement of the contractor for the PHE development should be imminent, if the statements made by the new management back in August are to be credible. The rest of the Protos development should not influence this.
(2) My understanding is that Helsby council don't won't to be left with a plastics dumping ground so want all the proposed project to go ahead, so you are right no cherry picking. This helps PHE because it increases the pressure on Peel to ensure the H2 refueling station goes ahead, whatever it says in the planning permission nobody is going to want to truck in H2 so the fuel needs to come from plot10B.
(3) If the rest of Protos takes two years to get up and running the DMG needs to be online well before that, otherwise Brendan Bilton maybe a little nervous about making his investment.
This is my image of the timeline.
Let's see what the new board says about the contractor.
